I really wanted to love the organic cotton pieces as I’m aiming to make my wardrobe plastic-free. But I think they’re overpriced for what they are. They fabric had weaving errors, the logo was uneven, the black faded after just 3 washes and the leggings are too thick imo. They just make me sweat and never dry. They have a bad smell, typical made in India products and I don’t even know if I can trust the GOTS-certification. $60-80 retail price would be justified but not $100+

I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience. There is no customer service phone to call, only email leaving me with no way to resolve the issue. Complete lack of customer service. I have now sent four emails asking for an update on my order and have not received a single response. I've been scammed. If there is a delay or problem with my order, the company should communicate that to its customers. Ignoring multiple requests for help while keeping a customer's money is unacceptable. I hope this review encourages the company to address my order and improve its customer service so other customers don't have the same experience.

I purchased a waffle knit long-sleeve thermal shirt in cream/beige. It is super soft and I love to wear it around the house!

I’ve been a customer of MATE for a couple of years now and it’s one of my absolute favorite brands for basics and cozy clothes. It’s also one of the only brands I trust making legitimately clean and sustainable clothing. The quality and price point is great too. Mate also makes for great gifts-I’ve gifted it to everyone in my family at this point 😊. I highly recommend, especially for sweats and sweatshirts. Their organic cotton is the best!
