This liquid vitamin for hair growth really works! It tastes great, gives me energy and really has made a giant difference in my hair and its growth. After two bottles I was shocked at how much longer my hair was, it works ladiess!

I appreciate how convenient liquid vitamins with clean ingredients feel and Redditors praise their ease of use and perceived benefits though others mention steep prices, off‑taste, or service issues so I stay optimistic while knowing it might not suit everyone.

I buy their single serving multivitamin liquid supplement on occasion. They're really convenient to take and I always try to keep one in my purse. I mostly get it for my boyfriend who travels often over the weekends for work so he can take with him since he's usually not getting the nutrients he needs. I like it's for immune support since he tends to get sick after his trips. He likes it. Also found there's no difference in ingredients nor servings between the kids, women, and men's packages. Just a different design.

The vitamins I have tried are the lipid pouches and the liquid morning multivitamin. They do not taste very good. I do understand they have healthy stuff in them but it did not down easily. Unfortunately I cannot recommend due to the taste.

I’ve tried two Mary Ruth’s products, the l-theanine drops and the B-12 spray. I bought them both from my local Fresh Thyme store. I liked the l-theanine drops and found them to be effective. The B-12 spray had a cap that was more meant for a lotion or a cream so it distributed way more than the correct serving size. I reached out directory to Mary Ruth’s via Instagram DM to see if this was a known issue and I felt like their response was really weird. I purchased this item at a chain grocery store, not some mom and pop shop, so I thought the implication that this was a potentially counterfeit item was bizarre. I ended up just returning the item to Fresh Thyme for a full refund but I don’t think I’ll be purchasing anything from the Mary Ruth’s brand in the future.

I have been using the Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth and it has been great to be able to just drink my AM vitamin. The taste is peach mango, but I feel like it tastes more like papaya. I’ve noticed less hair shedding and more energy since taking this product. The price is a little high and you do have to keep the product in the fridge, but keeping it there honestly helps me to remember to take it. My only issue is keeping consistent with travel since it’s a giant bottle. Aside from that, it’s a great product.
