  • I am actually shocked by how heavy the Manduka pro yoga mat is. Like, truly not easy to carry, especially when compared to my 10 year old foam mat. However, the quality difference is striking. It does not flake off like my other one. This will be my indoor-only mat while the old foam mat will be for my outdoor classes. Here it is during the break-in process (use salt!)

  • I recently purchased the pro mat. The quality is AMAZING, but there is a lot of breaking in to be done and it’s heavy. It’s more of a home mat rather than bringing to the studio. It comes at a hefty price, but the lifetime warranty that is included makes it worth it.

  • It's super heavy, super durable, and super supportive. I really appreciate the grip of the mat as someone who gets sweaty during yoga. If you don't want to feel the floor but also be on a grippy firm surface, this is for you! Again, it really is heavy - but I'm happy for it, the material is NOT cheap plastic or foam that crumbles.
