Although you would think all salt would be the same, it truly isn’t. Maldon Salt’s Sea Salt Flakes add a pleasant punch to whatever they’re added to. I also tasted them alone and somehow they taste different than regular salt, whether it’s coarse or fine. I got mine for a good price in bulk and used the box my first batch came in to create a container that fit nicely into my space.
