  • The Smoked Maldon sea salt is one of my pantry essentials. It elevates any dish by adding so much flavor. I add it to my lattés each morning to mellow out the bitterness of the espresso and round out the flavors. It's a great (and fairly inexpensive) gift idea for the foodie in your life.

  • I really like this on everything. It’s surprising how good it makes anything you put it on. It has a nice amount of smoke flavor that gives depth to soups, tofu, casseroles, eggs. I’ll even occasionally put a little on ice cream. It’s really good on Strauss dark chocolate ice cream. Especially if you add a light drizzle of premium evoo. A fruity one generally works best. The richness is decadent. I don’t like the huge plastic tub. Just make a larger box.

  • Love, love, love! This is my all-time favorite Salt. I’ve used it from everything from cookies to salad to avocado toast. It’s the perfect flaky itself and you need so very little of it. It’s become a family favorite and I love that they have a variety of flavors these days. I’m excited to try more of the different varieties in the future.

  • Maldon Salt is the gold standard for finishing salts in my kitchen. The flaky texture and gentle saltiness just completes many bites. It’s even better when you can grab the massive bucket at Costco for under $10. An unbeatable value for such a high-quality staple.
