    My all time favorite ice cream brand! Malai's flavors are the gold standard, and I've shared with so many friends and family who have also become obsessed. I've been to their NYC location and also purchased pints from Whole Foods. They also ship nationwide through Goldbelly. A bit pricey but absolutely worth it for the quality of the ingredients. My favorite flavors are 1) Rose with Cinnamon and Almonds 2) Turkish Coffee and 3) Lemon Cardamom. If you aren't familiar with South Asian flavors, don't worry - you will easily fall in love with these.

    South Asian flavours and ice cream have always been a great idea. It's so good to see them finally executed well. It's a fun way to introduce new ice cream flavours to kids as well. Favourites are sea salt vanilla, masala chai goes best with any baked goodie and rose with cinnamon roasted almonds for all the other times. The shop in Cobble Hill is so cute and often has their ice cream sandwiches stocked. The chai molasses cookie with masala chai ice cream is the best way to experience the ice cream with its perfect pairing. Cardamom rose snickerdoodle cookie with rose and cinnamon roasted almonds ice cream is better for those who really REALLY enjoy the rose flavour.
