I am in my 30s and appreciate versatility at this stage in my life- sometimes I want maximum sass, and sometimes I want gentle sophistication. I wear blush as a way of achieving high drama, or adding a vivacious glow over my tinted sunscreen or foundation. I tried MAC's strobe beam liquid blush in the shade "unsweetened". It looks like a lipstick, but is actually functions like a super chromatic blush/highlighter duo. At first I was apprehensive at how pigmented it was- the color can be a bit harsh on my pale skin. However, its ultimately a neutral/cool berry red that blends beautifully into a natural glow. I like how it has such a natural skin finish, which glows but not in a unicorn-ey way. A little goes a long way, and it's extremely versatile, having used it for a punch of color on the lips and cheeks or a more subtle glow. The finish is spectacular- I love the natural glow and the subtle (or not so subtle- based on what you choose) glam. I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes.
