Do Not Do Business with Lumim. They offered me free trial product... with the offer that is free and I only pay for $7 shipping. I paid the shipping to try the product. A month later I'm being billed for $62 dollars on my debit card account completely without my permission or knowledge. They enrolled me for automatic product subscription completely without my knowledge or permission. I never approved or requested the subscription. I reached out to them within 2 hours of receiving the order email. Their "policy" is the order has to completely ship then you must return it before you can receive a possible refund. This is horrible and scamming business. Taking ppl money without an option to cancel the order when it obviously hasn't shipped since their teams aren't in on Sundays. They made the orders process when it's outside of business hours. With no possible way to quickly return your money. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE. BEWARE. Terrible business practices, poor customer service

I’ve tried their exfoliating rub, cleanser, moisturiser, conditioner and shampoo. The rub is amazing, it really exfoliates and leaves your skin clean, the cleanser lathers well and smells good and removes excess oil wells. The moisturiser is not bad, keeps your skin moisturised but it sort of leaves the skin too shiny/glow. Don’t waste your money on the conditioner and shampoo. The conditioner feels to slimy and the shampoo doesn’t really cleans your scalp.

I find it a little overpriced but it’s a good product for daily skin routine. Don’t waste your money on their shampoo and conditioner.

I'm just sharing my experience with their face cleaning and moisturizing products. I haven't tried their shampoo or conditioner but the charcoal face wash, moisturizer, and under eye cream are awesome. I can actually feel my face clean and a big tighter after using the face wash and the moisturizer is perfect after getting out of the shower. The first time I've actually been hyped about my facial products and can feel and see a difference. I don't need strong scents nor do I think they're amazing for us. I rather feel clean then try to "smell clean".

Continuing my subscription. Would definitely again and highly recommend. Don't get their face scrub as I really don't think it's worth it. The face wash and moisturizer are perfect on their own.
