Obsessed with my lumebox. I love that it's small and easily able to be carried around. I chose this over other red-light brands because it's been independently tested, low EMF, and provides enough IR and Red light irradiance and wavelength to be effective. I use it all the time - for my skin health, for cramps, for getting ready before bed, etc...My mom who didn't know anything about red-light therapy has been using it for some lower back pain and is amazed that it really does help with the pain!
