The bed started falling apart after the first wash. Don't buy this bed. It was a waste of my money.

I haven’t even received my product yet, but I can tell you their customer service is horrible!! They don’t have a phone number in their website, you have to email them. They don’t answer their emails. Two weeks has gone by and I had not received a shipment email. I emailed them to see why it was taking so long……. No response. Sent another email……. No response. Sent another email to cancel order….. No response. Went to their Facebook page…. No contact phone number. Messaged them through Facebook……No response. Three weeks after order was placed I contacted the BBB and made a complaint with them. Then I get an email from the company that the product had been shipped. Oh and it is supposed to be an American made product, but guess where it’s coming from………. China. I wanted an American made product but that didn’t happen either.

I purchased a large dog bag from them and it's been over two months. I'm showing them that it was delivered by a strange company to our house. It is not mine. I sent him a picture. I also sent him a picture of my house clearly showing it was not delivered and they are still refusing to give me my money back. Her name is Sharon absolutely horrible customer service you call the number and it tells you the email that they will not take messages from their phone
