Lovery sells its products, candles, thru www.shop.simon.com where they do not support mistakes made by Lovery. I ordered 2 Lovery HUGS and KISSES candles as Valentine’s gift for my kids, received two different ones, one of which had the label mostly torn off. Shopsimon expected me to pay for their mistake by shipping them back for a refund and said the ones I ordered were not available. Both Totally dishonest and unprofessional companies! When I shared I was unable to drive to FedEx and print a label they offered half the money I paid for me to keep candles I did not want or order. They also said another option was to dispute the charge with my credit card company which I did. The fact that both these companies expect me to pay for their mistake is unacceptable. I no longer trust them and will never give them business again. If you don’t complain companies will keep walking over their customers.

I've only tried the lavender goat milk soap bars from the brand, and they've been good. The scent is present and pleasant. It's not too subtle nor overpowering to me. The bars lather well when in use, and they don't feel rough on the skin. I like that the brand claims to be cruelty-free, but at the same time I have to wonder where the brand sourced the goat's milk from to make the soap bars because no information on that is available.

What a wonderful gifting experience! I was so happy to receive this set. There are so many wonderful scents i cant wait to try. The perfumes themselves are fairly small but the box makes it a really nice experience to enjoy.

Less than one star. I received the Advent Calendar. As it was so challenging to open one at a time, I cut the whole thing open. The products are TERRIBLE! I feel so badly for my friend who sent it as she obviously doesn't know how tiny, how cheaply made in China they are, how the lip gloss tastes awful and every item is such a poor quality product. And this was not a cheap gift. I will never ever buy product from this company. Sad.
