Liquid Death earns polarizing reviews: many praise its crisp still and sparkling waters, edgy tallboy cans that help non-drinkers blend in at concerts, and recyclable aluminum packaging; others call it “just water,” note metallic or flat tastes, and dislike sweetened flavors and the recent source change to Virginia. Fans highlight flavors like Mango Chainsaw, Severed Lime, Berry It Alive, and teas (Armless Palmer/Dead Billionaire), while critics cite bitter stevia aftertaste, limited carbonation, non‑resealable cans, and inconsistent flavor quality.

The drinks generally taste good. I’ve mostly tried the iced teas, which taste light (not too sweet), but not too light to the point where they are bland. One star off bc they are a little pricey.
Literally just water in a can. Cool packaging and marketing but at the end of the day, just water. It gets my partner to drink more water which is a miracle so hey, whatever works!
Love love love. I am obsessed with the like flavor. The carbonated are my absolute favorite. Best tasting sparkling water.
My boyfriend loves the sparkling water!!
I fully understand the mission of liquid death, but it's frustrating to me how many venues now sell this exclusively without providing refill stations or even water fountains that are easily accessible. Water access is a health issue and I shouldn't have to pay $7.00 or more just to stay hydrated during a show. And I know this company has partnered with Live Nation which also rubs me the wrong way.
As an avid concert goer, I've been seeing these cans around for awhile. As an almost 40 year old, I appreciate the rock n roll aesthetic while staying hydrated and fairly sober. The water itself is always crisp tasting, and the can helps keep it colder than a plastic bottle. Speaking of plastic, I DO appreciate the more sustainable recyclable can option!

Huge fan of these for concerts! They are becoming a concert staple for me. It's nice to have something in your hand to sip on or 'fit in' with the crowd if you aren't looking to reach for an alcoholic beverage. Love that they are getting more common and can be found pretty much anywhere.
Love the branding but at the end of the day, it’s water
Best seltzer I’ve had! So refreshing and sharp! Stays sparkling for more than 2 hours after the can is open. I love it but it’s the most expensive seltzer I’ve seen!
Let's agree that this is the standard bearer in packaging over substance. I like the product, don't get me wrong- I'm actually mostly made of water myself and my planet is mostly covered in the stuff. I have only have the regular black can of sparkling and it's "fine". I felt cool drinking out of the can, but that's about it.
It is just water, but it's good water. There's not much more I can say.
ALWAYS been a fan of liquid death. Love the way the packages are recycled aluminum as well
I didn't know what to think when I saw the can. I thought it would be beer, but after realizing that reading is essential, I saw it was water. This water is so lovely and crisp! Love it!!

10/10 love this companies silly marketing tactics, and that aside the water is truly so good! I am one of those people who can “taste water” and I am very very particular about my water. Liquid Death hits the mark for me always.
Reviewing the Grim Leafer iced tea - which I absolutely love. Delicious, low in calories, and by the case - a great value. Only caution is that it looks like you're drinking a gigantic energy drink, so be prepared to regularly explain that you're not super-caffeinating.

Interesting water! I tried the still water and it does actually taste better than regular tap or filtered water - can't quite describe it.
I've had the still water - you're definitely buying the packaging. The water isn't life changing, but it is really nice to carry around somthing to drink at a party if you don't want alcohol but still want a security drink in your hand.
tried this on several occasions and each time i have been left unimpressed. the water tastes metallically/like the inside of a can. Maybe im just simple when it comes to water and prefer to stick with tried and true bottled water brands
I had these at a music festival so they weren’t super cold but they tasted thick to me. The flavor seemed very very natural which was nice.
