I have contact allergies and sensitive skin and am allergic to all fragrance among other ingredients so the positive is I didn’t have a reaction to this product and it felt good on my skin. However it had zero impact on my hyperpigmentation after using it as directed daily for 2 months. That was the primary claim of the product and reason for purchase. Furthermore when I emailed them a question I received an AI response with the same information that is on their website and literature, no human involvement at all. This was a major turn off. I also don’t care for their misrepresentative advertising, for example claiming sales where everything is 30% off but then when purchasing it’s only if you sign up for a subscription. So, an expensive ineffective product without human customer service is not something I would recommend to others.
