Founded in 2022 by Jamie Lenore McKillop, as a kid Jamie would fake sick to get out of school and go to her grandma's house, where she would get to watch daytime talkshows and eat on the couch.

With age, Jamie became less lazy (at least in the important ways), and went on to build a career at top media and consumer brands. Loving to recharge at home was no longer just for fun—it became a survival mechanism. 

Recognizing the value in making your home a place you actually want to be, Lazy Jamie was founded to help others create their own safe space. The brand believes that in the right setting, everyone is a homebody.
