An excellent, bitter option for the negroni-lover who is not drinking. I find that when I choose to have a phase of "dry" time in my year, most of the mocktail options are juice forward, but Lapo's Negroni had the right bitterness and depth you'd hope for from the wet-version of the drink. If you are an NA negroni lover, know that the Phony Negroni (St. agrestis) is a little sweeter than this negroni. Just depends on your preference for flavor profile.
