Lean Body vanilla is a 40g protein shake (yes, shake it well !!). It tastes pretty natural in its category and serves as a meal replacement for me. I would prefer the absence of sunflower oil, carrageenan, gums and sucralose, BUT it helps with sweet cravings, is super convenient and much better than the junk food I might grab when on the go! So, altogether, it serves its purpose well.
