I highly recommend looking elsewhere for these clips as I have purchased one and within two months it broke.. they replaced it and the replacement broke after a few uses… and they can’t send a replacement because warranty only covers one replacement. The amount of money charged for these products should back the quality of the product. And the return process was ridiculously tedious. This $30 clip should not break just by putting in your hair after three uses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This company should be ashamed of themselves for selling over priced poor quality products with terrible customer service. They will not last if they continue business this way.
