I've been on the search for a good pair of walking shoes and ordered a pair from KLAW. Very cute shoes with an overwhelmingly powerful new shoe smell. The first pair I ordered were too big and I exchanged for another size which were also too big. When I emailed asking for sizing advice, they told me the shoes probably weren't going to work for me and to send them back. Disappointed that customer service wasn't more supportive in helping me get the correct size.
