I like the eco friendliness of this brand and originally ordered to get the free draining caddy’s that come with it but the offer wasn’t added to my cart. When I asked the CX rep about this she said she has no idea what I was talking about so I had to go find the ad again and when I sent a screenshot to her they said they couldn’t honor it. That made me never want to order again. That said I do love my satin bonnet and can say I see a difference in my hair. I will not buy the shampoo or conditioner again cause I felt like it made my hair too heavy. The customer experience ruined the brand for me though. So I will not shop with Kitsch again
