I order this product on their online shop and never received it EVER. I had updated my profile address, as I had moved, on my profile and regardless they sent it to the old address as their system does not automatically update shipping addresses they said. There was no way to do it. The product was on route to the old address and they said unfortunately they could not do anything. So instead of trying to help me they just blew me off essentially. I paid for something I never ever got. And they simply did not care. So could care less about retaining customers. I would never buy from them again. Worst customer service ever. How they treated me is why people don't buy from small brands. Do not buy from them
