Received petite huggie earrings as a promotional offer alongside another purchase. The latch broke on first use. Kinn initially declined a replacement due to being an interstate buyer. They then refused a replacement or return of the full order as it was a ‘complimentary gift’ alongside a purchase. A local jeweler reviewed and explained it could not be repaired due to being so poorly made. This is not ‘heirloom’ quality and poor and inconsistent customer service.
