I've long been intrigued by plant-based egg varieties, now replacing the previous "flax egg" trend. JUST Egg does it incredibly well. I've only tried the frozen, pre-prepared egg, rather than the typical squeeze bottle for a typical scramble, and it was incredibly authentic. The texture, flavor, and color all resembled an egg quite perfectly. While it's not a typical purchase, those who prefer a plant-based alternative have a winning product.

There is so many unnecessary ingredients in this that it turned me completely off. 

It's a great egg alternative taste-wise. I wish the ingredients were better though. But it does the job with the taste and texture

As someone who was born allergic to all forms of egg, JUST Egg opened up so many new food options for me.  The flavor is really good but obviously I can' t tell you how accurate the egg flavor is. 

Not bad, but not egg. This is great to use in cooking, but has a little funk when made as a “scramble”. 
Only thing I wish is that the product lasted longer after opening.

I like this brand because it lets me eat eggs without dealing with the ethical issues involved when eating chicken eggs. I love the folds because they are easy to cook and make breakfast, or any meal, easier. 

It's easy to eat and convenient on the go. It's also versatile with breads, dishes, or soups. It is a bit salty by itself, so go easy on the pairing. The texture of the egg is okay, it's softly firm and the shape holds. It's like a thicker scrambled egg sheet. It tastes a bit meaty.

Such a fantastic product! I have this with a bagel most mornings. And I love the new packaging! 

Love JUST Egg! I prefer the liquid product, but my egg-loving dad now has a frozen folded egg each day for breakfast. Excited for more products in the future!
