Health & Wellness

Joydays earns largely positive reviews as a low-glycemic, low-sugar cookie that satisfies sweet cravings without spikes, with many comparing the soft-baked texture to Chewy Chips Ahoy and praising colorful packaging, generous chocolate chips, fiber, and portion-controlled packs. Reviews also flag downsides: frequent dryness or “healthy”/aftertaste notes, small cookie size, inconsistent texture, and polarizing flavors (notably peanut butter), making them a better-for-you alternative rather than a true classic cookie replacement.
