The joydays cookies are soft, balanced sweet, and a bit crumby. I like that they come in smaller portions compared to most cookies out there. The sweetener taste is a bit off to my liking though. 

The cookies on the package looked amazing. I was so excited to try these but was disappointed by the lack of flavor and hard texture. I know they are a diabetic option but I think there are better products out there. 

I love that this cute package of cookies has 5 grams of fiber and only one gram of sugar! They’re soft and chewy and taste a little like fig newtons (maybe because of the dates?). A guilt-free treat- even my teenage daughter likes them!!

This product was absolutely delicious. My mom has diabetes so she was pleasantly surprised that these tasted so good. We will be repurchasing soon.

I found the cookies to be a bit disappointing for the cost. The cookies were quite small and the flavor was fine but nothing particularly special. At the price point of several dollars though I couldn't see buying them again

Very tasty and surprisingly a little more healthy

I recently tasted Joydays, and I was blown away by how delicious they were. The cookies had a wonderful texture—crispy on the edges but perfectly chewy in the middle. The flavor was rich and buttery without being overly sweet, allowing other notes to stand out. With a variety of flavors to choose from and plenty of mix-ins like chocolate chunks or peanut butter, these cookies are a must-try for any cookie lover.

OK. Not as tasty as I would have liked. But soft and easy to eat 

SOOO GOOD!! With anything that says low sugar nowadays I keep my expectations low because stevia is often used but these are a lot better than I even expected.. maybe because they use allulose in addition to monkfruit. I love how they taste soft and delicious like chips ahoy but without the guilt! The price however is extremely expensive for what you get: $6.98 for 10 tiny cookies. (I ate one so the pic is missing one.) For that reason I don't know if I'd buy again.

As I opened the package the cookies smelled so sweet like Maple. They are soft to the touch and soft biting into. They taste very similar to regular cookies and dont have the after taste that monkfruit tends to have in some products. These cookies are not dry, but they are dense. I would highly recommend for someone who needs low glycemic snacks or who wants to a low sugar diet to watch weight. Most cookie snacks serving size are 2 cookies with high sugar. This serving size is 3 cookies with low grams of everything. This is a winner!
