I ordered the Miracle Balm and just got it today. I was excited to get it...I am a low maintenance gal..just wanted a nice glow. It is GOING BACK. It has actual pieces of glitter in it. NOT suitable for a older woman. GLITTER PEOPLE..  big enough to notice in daylight.. really tacky.. was trying to upgrade but going back to L'oreal..Glow.. much softer look. Very 😥 disappointing.. now the return..see how easy that is? 

Really disappointed, given it's from Bobbi Brown. Everything has a lot of glitter and feels more akin to Glossier than her main line. Super cheap in feel overall, everything in cheap plastic packaging. 

Mixed feelings about this brand. Their flagship product - the Miracle Balm - is pretty good though some might find it too gooey. 
The night cream is grainy and smells awful. The lip gloss is terrible - watery and doesn’t stay on. The face and lip stick - the colors I tried were unflattering so I gave up on it. 
The face pencils are pretty good for small spot correction but don’t work well as an under-eye concealer- they pull the skin too much. 
The eye pencils and mascara are good products, no complaints. The glittery eye shadows are a big no for me, they looked awful on my aging eye lids. Got rid of them. 
Overall, I was not impressed with this line, mostly same old same old and not done that well. The only product that is different and unique is the miracle balm, but not everyone will like it. 
Edit. I loved the mascara at first but after about a month it started to clump. Now it’s just another clumpy mascara in my makeup drawer. 

I've only tried Jones Road's lip products, but they make some of the best lipstick I own. Absolutely love the pigment, the actual lipstick container is slim and easy to put in my purse, and it's both hydrating and long-lasting. A bit spendy, but worth it for the higher quality beauty products in my opinion. 

I am 58 and started getting  discouraged  with regular foundation.  My face was looking cakey and the foundation showed every wrinkle. I tried several brands and was not happy.  Last year,  I started to use the miracle balm daily. I used their  shade picker and bought 2 shades. I mix the 2 shades on my face. For work, I top off with What the foundation, and brush on a face powder, add blush, eyeshadow.  I use the concealer pencil as a lower eyeliner and to provide a clean line at the eyeshadow termination. I love the concealer pencil to cover minor flaws ( I have a scar on my forehead and a small busted blood vessel on my face. I am happy with Jones Road Beauty!

Their products are beautifully natural looking and buildable. Biggest downside is that they're so hydrating that on my skin they can end up wearing off quite quickly if not set with powder and setting spray. 

Didn’t like the texture or the light coverage. 

So far I have tried their foundation, colour correction stick, concealer sticks, eyeshadow, mascara and miracle balm. I like them all to varying degrees. You do have to learn to use them properly but I will say the colour correction and balm are favourites of mine. The foundation isn't full coverage but I like that. I don't want a heavy makeup look or feeling. You get a great amount of product for the price (a little goes a long way).

I would love to see the product line expanded a bit more!

- The clear Miracle Balm is like chapstick for your face, I love it. It's great for people who are prone to dry areas.

- My husband swears by the face pencils! They blend easily and are easy to apply, he'd been using liquid make-up and says that he will never go back. 

- The eye cream is also amazing and visibly reduces wrinkles

The Miracle Balm lives true to its name. I use the flushed shade as cream blush and Bronze as an easy bronzer. During the winter, I use the Au Naturel Miracle Balm all over my face to protect from wind burn while on the mountain. Excellent product.
