We're all about Jimmy Fairly in my family! These French-made glasses are not just cool but also top-notch quality. It's become a thing for all of us. We love the style and craftsmanship, and it's pretty awesome to share the same eyewear brand with my family. Jimmy Fairly has definitely become our go-to choice for trendy and well-made frames. We love Le Bon Marche stand but i would love to see this Brand in NYC as well :)
Shipping took a bit, but the customer service was great and they responded quickly about my order. Regardless the quality is great and I love the unique color and shape! I love having a "fun pair" of glasses.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of the glasses I purchased from Jimmy Fairly. I invested in a pair of Jimmy Fairly glasses with the expectation that they would be durable and long-lasting, as you would expect from a brand that charges almost £200 for a pair. However, I was dismayed to discover that the frames of the glasses have rusted after having only had them for just over a year, which not only detracts from their appearance but also raises concerns about their structural integrity and materials they were made with. As a customer who could barely afford to purchase these glasses, I made the decision to invest in Jimmy Fairly due to the company's promise of 'great quality'. Regrettably, the quality of the product I received does not align with the high standards I had anticipated and that were advertise. As the website states; 'You deserve the best. That’s why we select only top-of-the-range materials and components...' which has unfortunately not been my experience. It is completely false advertising to promote how good quality your products are for them to not even last a year. In my experience Jimmy Fairly make glasses which only 'last a season', how unbelievably unsustainable! Promoting and encouraging over-consumption, fast fashion and throw away culture - under the guise of a sustainable brand...greenwashing. Given the circumstances, I requested that Jimmy Fairly could provide some kind of resolution that may include a refund or a replacement pair of glasses. I spoke to online support who offered me a discount on my new glasses, but the discount is barely enough to make a dent in the price of the glasses. I also went into a store where their response was that I should've bought the acetate ones. I've worked in lots of hospitality and know it can be annoying when someone has any issue with their item, but at least coming up with solution which doesn't involve just telling me I should've bought a different pair. Don't get me wrong, their stores are nice and I've also had good interactions with their staff. Overall a very poor experience with Jimmy Fairly. I will not be shopping there again and I will be telling others to avoid.
If I could give Jimmy Fairly 10 stars I would. This is my favorite sunglasses brand. Every time I am in Europe I stock up. I so wish they had stores in the States!! Their store experience reminds me of a trendier Warby Parker. This place is perfect for affordable trendy accessory pieces. They remind me of some of my higher end luxury brands in terms of quality. Jimmy Fairly is always ahead of trends with colors & style ways. I highly recommend this brand. The unboxing experience is so luxe & fun.
