Such fun plushies. There's always a new collection and the smile on my stuffed Avocado hypes me up every morning. A fantastic gift for someone of any age, or for yourself when you're needing a pick-me-up.

I fell in love with the amuseable collection and bought one to represent each of my friends. They are high-quality and have such an array of designs across the whole company. If you buy directly from their website, it takes a few weeks to ship because it comes from the UK.

Literally the softest stuffed animals you can find and such good quality. If anyone I know is having a baby shower or celebrating a little kids birthday, this is my favorite gift to give!!!

I get these as gifts for the kids in my life and they always love them! I’ve worked in childcare for over ten years and haven’t met a kid who didn’t love jelly cat. There are lots of fun designs and all are soft but also durable.

Jellycat used to be a delightful brand known for its high-quality plush toys and loyal support of small businesses. Now? It feels like a hollow corporate shell of what it once was. The product quality has dropped (the sardine tin couldn't be worse), stock is rarely available (both on their website and in big-name stores like Selfridges) and customer satisfaction clearly isn’t a priority anymore. Even worse, Jellycat has pulled support from independent retailers, the very people who helped build their success. Many small businesses were recently informed that they can no longer carry Jellycat products, which is incredibly disheartening. Transparency is also a major issue: their page on a well-known review site has been shut down amid increasing negative reviews, and their own website only shows 4 or 5 star reviews, anything lower simply isn’t published. That’s not honest customer engagement; that’s brand image manipulation. Honestly, at this point, I’d rather buy lookalikes or unofficial versions elsewhere. At least they’re easier to find, and probably come with more integrity.

Didn't receive my package. Lost 40 eur for nothing. They didn't send the money back. Very unsatisfied with this brand and never buying from it again.

My review is not about the product but about the shipping and customer service experience. I placed my order on 10/08. Paid for standard delivery. My order was lost the next day after it shipped. It took customer service several days to respond at which time one of the products were sold out. I chose a replacement and a partial refund since the new item cost less. I was told that they can offer one day express shipping. Today is October 21, the replacement hasn't shipped yet and no partial refund issued. I must say I am quite disappointed especially since this was a Birthday gift and will never order from them or recommend.

This brand is super cute. My girls love it. The plushy’s are real soft and we get these a lot as gifts. They are good quality, no harsh chemicals or anything like that. Perfect for babies and toddlers.

Expensive but they are truly the softest, coziest, fluffiest and my kids absolutely adore their Jellycat stuffies.

These stuffies (as we call them in my house) are really lovely. Noticeably better quality than most other soft toys. Have lasted through daily wear including trips to pre-school and vacations, and many trips through the washing machine. Highly recommend!

We have purchased some Jellycat stuffed animals for our young kids over the past several years and thought that they were high quality, well made, and so very soft!

Our daughter and son have had Jellycat bunnies since they were months old. Among the many special stuffies that they have, these are favorites. Our daughter dresses hers up and won't sleep without it. For almost 5 years, the Jellycats have gone everywhere and withstood the test of time. As parents, we love that they are safe, high quality, and beautifully made. The different sizes for many of the stuffies offer diverse price points as well as allow for sizing up as children grow. We were even able to find a gingerbread man for one of our son's birthday presents. He loves it! It is well made and adorable, another favorite in our household.

Absolutely love jellycat. They have the cutest stuffed toys that are soft but also rugged enough to withstand a trying child. I lowkey love them for myself also!

Jellycat always has the softest, most unique stuffies. They make excellent gifts and frequently create new and exciting friends to cuddle. A bit pricey but you can always count on a good quality item.

Absolute favorite stuffed animals! Found them out through working at Nordstrom in the kids department. Quickly started recommending them to customers looking for baby shower gifts. Took a couple months of working for Nordstrom and finally caved and bought my first which was the pretzel. I now have 6 or 7 in my collection

The product is great. The customer service is shocking. Ordered items for Christmas well in advance. No info regarding delivery. Emailed several times & no reply. Finally phoned & was told all items were out of stock although they weren’t when I ordered. Told they were going to be delivered the following day as urgent but DPD hasn’t received any parcels from Jellycat. So that’s Christmas ruined for my children. And I’m left waiting for some kind or correspondence and a FULL refund.

We have several items from jellycat! They are high quality, so cute, and so so soft. Definitely the best stuffed animal to gift and always coming out with new, fun designs! Now that my girls are older, they love the food stuffed animals. Thank you jellycat, you’ve brought lots of cuddles into our family!
