The product is great. The customer service is shocking. Ordered items for Christmas well in advance. No info regarding delivery. Emailed several times & no reply. Finally phoned & was told all items were out of stock although they weren’t when I ordered. Told they were going to be delivered the following day as urgent but DPD hasn’t received any parcels from Jellycat. So that’s Christmas ruined for my children. And I’m left waiting for some kind or correspondence and a FULL refund.

We have several items from jellycat! They are high quality, so cute, and so so soft. Definitely the best stuffed animal to gift and always coming out with new, fun designs! Now that my girls are older, they love the food stuffed animals. Thank you jellycat, you’ve brought lots of cuddles into our family!

My daughter is obsessed with her classic bunnies, all of which were gifted to her when she was a baby and now she's 3 and just getting into them. I also love them b/c they're so well designed and made and endless sweet options to choose from and grow with.
Feedback
My only criticism (and knowing off one star for this) is that they're expensive (in Australia) and it really limits the amount you can buy. Prices lots of people out of gifting this beautiful soft toy range. If you are looking to buy something that kids will enjoy from tiny babies until toddlers for imaginative play then you can't go wrong with this brand. There are so many animals and characters and sizes to choose from and their durability is very high (despite being dragged around by kids on their every move though life)

The products are great and I love the plush toys. They are very soft and high quality, shipping was quick and simple. Overall they are a great item to give as a gift or just buy for yourself. 👍🏻
