I ordered an ultrasonic cleaner from Invisalign and it was never delivered, yet this company marked the order as delivered anyway. That alone is bad enough, but when I contacted them to report the issue, they completely ignored me. Marking undelivered items as delivered and then refusing to respond is dishonest and unacceptable. This is not a company that can be trusted. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

I want to hate these so much because the aligners cramp my snacking style and the attachments are a sensory nightmare in my mouth. They cost roughly the same amount as my first car and it was just one more thing to add to my already busy schedule...but then there are the results and I can't really argue with actual real results. I have one more month to go and my teeth are noticeably straighter and my bite has been corrected. So there you go. I begrudgingly recommend these.
I have the Vivera retainer by Invisalign and I love it! The packaging is cute and it's way better than the traditional metal retainer, and it comes with 4 different sets of retainers too which is awesome!
