I purchased NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate with BioPerine®, and to be quite honest, it was an accident. I had intended to purchase a similar brand (same colors on the bottle). However, it contains 100% magnesium glycinate bound to glycine, and is enhanced with BioPerine® (a patented black pepper extract) to further boost the bioavailability and intestinal absorption of the mineral. So, although the brand I intended to purchase features a blend of magnesium lysinate and magnesium glycinate, and is 100% chelated using TRAACS (The Real Amino Acid Chelate System) to optimize absorption without relying on pepper extracts...from a scientific and physiological standpoint, the impact will be functionally the same. Both are excellent choices for absorption. In fact, the addition of BioPerine® in the NOW formulation serves a similar purpose to the chelation technology in the other brand. And, NOW is a brand I already use for other products, and one I trust...and iHerb is the perfect place to purchase it and other health and wellness products. Highly recommend both this product and iHerb! :)

iHerb is a massive online commerce store for healthy items. This was the first time I'm ordering from this site. I have bought same items from Vitacost which is now part of iHerb. The ordering process is easy and I received the my shipment within 3 days. I ordered a large container of Vega Sport Protein shake and signed up for a recurring subscription. The whole process was easy and I'll be ordering from here in the future.

I apply sunscreen daily but it's hard to find a perfect one. I love that Blue Lizard sunscreen is made of natural minerals instead of toxic and harsh chemicals. My sensitive skin didn't experience any irritation or bad reaction. It provides sheer coverage and doesn't leave annoying white cast. High SPF 50 protects my skin from the sun damage but it feels so lightweight and comfortable.

I like to order from iHerb, due to their fast shipping and lower prices. Recently I ordered some Epic jerky bars and strips, as well as pork rinds. The bars were not to my liking but the strips were okay. I have yet to try the pork rinds. Also, one of the jerky bars was past the expiration date, but luckily iHerb's customer service resolved that issue right away by providing me a speedy refund.
