I bought the large bag in blue, and it’s…fine? The color/finish is cool but there is nothing remarkable about the bag itself and it’s a total pain to try to navigate it through a group of people or a busy hotel lobby - it has a tendency to veer wildly. It’s especially hard to keep in line with just one hang, if your other hand is holding a cup or another bag. At this price? I don’t recommend it.

I bought the medium Hulken when I first moved to New York, thinking it was going to be a total game-changer for city life. I love the concept - the design makes sense for people hauling groceries, market finds, or trade show supplies. But for everyday use, I just didn’t end up needing it as much as I expected. It’s great in theory and for the right lifestyle, but it wasn’t something I reached for regularly.

I was honestly skeptical about how much I would use this thing, but it’s amazing. As a newly minted PTA mom, the Hulken has made me the envy of the playground. It allows me to schlep a ton of stuff to class parties, field day, and more, without a ton of effort. The wheels slide smoothly and I love the fun colors. I also recently brought it on a road trip and it was perfect for throwing in all the random things from the car that I need to bring inside the hotel.
