    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If something goes wrong, don't count on their support — customer service is useless. Instead of fixing issues, they seem more interested in covering them up by deleting negative reviews.

    I bought 2 suitcases from them in 2019. The wheels have disintegrated and the case is cracked. I have older suitcases that have lasted longer!! Repairs can only be done in major cities, and the nearest is a 10 hour plane ride away. I do not recommend at all. Just to add, the handle has now fallen apart.

    I have the Horizn M5 in pale green and while I love the style and colour, I'm super scared that it will scratch / become damaged easily. The laptop pocket on the front is really handy, especially as I travel for work. I try to be as careful as possible when wheeling the case through the streets or when I load it into the overhead storage on flights - she's not cheap enough to replace.

    I got the M5 cabin luggage in navy blue with the super handy front pocket and I love my suitcase. Have had zero trouble with airlines in terms of suitcase size; it fits much more than it would seem; and the front pouch is great for laptops and chargers. I haven't treated it particularly well but it has held up great and only has a few small scratches.

    Sometimes when the suitcase is super full the handle doesn't retract easily, I assume because contents of the suitcase are blocking it.
