I have the Horizn M5 in pale green and while I love the style and colour, I'm super scared that it will scratch / become damaged easily. The laptop pocket on the front is really handy, especially as I travel for work. I try to be as careful as possible when wheeling the case through the streets or when I load it into the overhead storage on flights - she's not cheap enough to replace.

I bought the H5 Cabin Cases (36L) 4 years ago, during summer discounts and was very satisfied with it. I don't like trolleys, but this one is the closest to a Rimowa-style premium trolley you can buy. Very good material and packaging, very smooth wheels and very neat and stylish additional accessories. The only problem is the price and the fact that production has most likely changed since mine, the current materials seem to be of a lower standard in what I have seen in Italian stores. I recommend buying bags and trolleys only at a discount of 30% or more.

I bought 2 suitcases from them in 2019. The wheels have disintegrated and the case is cracked. I have older suitcases that have lasted longer!! Repairs can only be done in major cities, and the nearest is a 10 hour plane ride away. I do not recommend at all. Just to add, the handle has now fallen apart.

I got the M5 cabin luggage in navy blue with the super handy front pocket and I love my suitcase. Have had zero trouble with airlines in terms of suitcase size; it fits much more than it would seem; and the front pouch is great for laptops and chargers. I haven't treated it particularly well but it has held up great and only has a few small scratches.

I looove my carry-on case. It's lightweight (which means you can squeeze more stuff in!) and is super sleek. It wheels along perfectly, and you can charge your phone from it too which is an added bonus given iPhone's notoriously rubbish battery! It is perfect for a few days' away, and comes with a laundry bag too.

Das Einzige was gut ist - die schöne Website. Und die ganz offensichtlich gefakten Bewertungen. Schaut mal bischen tiefer in unabhängige Portale. Weil: totale Abzocke. Musste dreimal wegen unterschiedlicher schwerwiegender Mängel tauschen, obwohl ich den Koffer kaum benutzt habe. Einfach sehr, sehr schlechte Chinaqualität. Beim letzten Defekt - die Fronttasche löste sich ab wie eine Butterbrotscheibe - hatten sie das Premiumprodukt M5 mit Lederfronttasche nicht mehr und wollten mir einfach das preiswertere Produkt mit Kunststofftasche ohne Kompensation geben. Ich bin niemand, der sich bereichern möchte, und freue mich entgegenzukommen - einfach meinen benutzten Koffer zu reparieren wurde aber abgelehnt. Begründung: würde sich „nicht lohnen". Sicherlich nicht, bei den wahrscheinlich so niedrigen Herstellungskosten einer so unterirdischen Qualität. Soviel zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit. Letztendlich musste ich mit Einschreiben und Anwalt drohen, Kaufpreis wurde mir dann rückerstattet. Habe inzwischen auch Ähnliches von Freunden mitbekommen, die auch alle gebrochene Koffer/abgelöste Innenriemen/abgelöste Fronttaschen beklagten. Nie wieder – nicht zu empfehlen. Habe mir jetzt das Original der smarten Koffer bestellt, von dem sie kopieren - "Away" aus New York. Sieht fast genau so aus, aber richtig gut verarbeitet, und dazu noch preiswerter!

I love the design and how comfortable the luggage is. The M5 cabin luggage is great if you travel for work (like I do) as you can keep tour laptop in a separate pocket.

I have the M5 cabin luggage and I and very happy with it. At the beginning it looks a bit tiny but you can really fit many things in it. I love that it is so easy to move around, sometimes too easy and you have to run after it 😅 and that you can also personalize it. Planning to get another one!
