This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased an item as a birthday gift and it took a crazy amount of time to ship, especially since I paid $20 for expedited shipping. I’ve emailed 5 times and still havent received an answer. Avoid this company at all costs as they treat their customers like garbage.
