We are like most households, give your kiddos their 'sugar vitamins' before heading out to school in the a.m.and expecting to control themselves during school with very little outside playtime. Which honestly is not fair to them, nor their teachers. I discovered Hiya from a friend and my daughter did not like them at first because they are not full of sugar, like she was accustomed too. I reached out to Customer Support to see what options were available. They was able to custom order my daughter's favorite flavor (strawberry). We are so happy for this option. Also, the nighttime vitamins are great! Our daughter now doesn't need melatonin to go to sleep and she now sleeps through the night. She is a completely different child with proper sleep patterns. Thank you Hiya!

Great product, great customer service, great packaging, fair price

We love the vitamins! I’ve tried one and they taste great. It’s comforting to know how great the ingredients are. The company as a whole is great. Customer service is AMAZING. I always get great service and the vitamins come in every month like clock work.

I absolutely love the Hiya Multivitamins for my child. Customer Service is also top notch. Recently had an issue and they got back to me very fast and went above and beyond to help me. I’d recommend Hiya to other parents!

My daughter does not like the taste but the health benefits outweigh the taste factor. Customer service is great; however, I would like to manage my account via my own profile.

My kids have loved this vitamin. I love it due to no added sugar and it’s one tablet per day. They have definitely been sick less this year even with both of them starting school.

My son looks forward to his multivitamin every day and he is super picky ! It's tasty and easy to bite into. I feel good knowing he is receiving the best vitamins of highest quality !

We gave Hiya vitamins a try for 2 months with my children. Both did not like the taste and we canceled our subscription after 2 months back in August 2023. However, we were charged with an auto renewal for January 2024 even though we have not used their vitamins since August 2023. After contacting the company, they claimed that we delayed subscription to January 2024, even though we very clearly went through a long process to cancel the subscription back in 2023. If you like their vitamins, great! If you wish to cancel for any reason, please be aware of the difficult process to cancel, including having to give many reasons why you wish to cancel. There is no easy process to cancel subscription on the website. You must email and speak directly with a representative and give reasons why you wish to cancel. With that said, I wish the company would make the process to cancel much easier on their website. Also, be aware of auto renewals even after you have canceled your subscription!

We had the worst experience! My son hated them, they won’t take any unopened packages back/refund me and to the process to cancel the subscription is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend these at all.

"Challenging Hiya Subscription Cancellation: A Candid Review" Despite numerous positive reviews, my child has rejected Hiya, attributing it to their picky eating habits. I've requested a subscription cancellation, but online cancellation is unavailable, necessitating communication through email. In my initial request, they refused to cancel without providing a reason. Upon my second request, they advised on feeding picky eaters but still did not cancel. I've submitted a third request, but as of now, I haven't received a response. For those considering a subscription, be aware that canceling can be challenging. I share this comment/review in case it proves helpful to others.

So difficult to find a truly healthy and fun kids vitamin on the market and Hiya fills the void. Such a great product.

Love love love! Cleanest products on the market, taste amazing, love the decorable bottles and sticker packs, they arrive at my door like clockwork every month, and I get to text or email customer service when I need help and they are super responsive. Two of my dad friends actually switched their kids from SmartyPants to Hiya after they saw the bottles sitting on our kitchen counter. Can you please do kids protein bars and pouches?!

These vitamins are fine. We have tried a few of the products for our daughter. While each kid is unique, the Bedtime Essentials vitamin did not provide her any of the calming or relaxation benefits that are stated. While that was disappointing, the real frustration with the company is the cancellation process. You likely noticed when purchasing Hiya that it’s at a premium price point. Given that it didn't work for us, I wanted to easily cancel the subscription. Instead of a few simple clicks, I was forced to email Hiya to cancel. With that simple request, I then received multiple emails offering me higher and higher discounts. This is a classic revenue retention trick. The product didn’t work for us. Just let us be done…

My three and six year old boys love their Hiya and the taste! The most important thing is to expose kids to Hiya before other sugary gummy vitamins that may taste great but are unhealthy.

I originally bought these for my kids, but now I actually take them for myself every morning and join in their routine! Being able to customize the flavors to what our kids like is a game changer.

Hiya is a fantastic company that offers healthy, effective products for children. The vitamins look great and will be fun and rewarding for your kids to take. Highly recommend for any parent that wants the best for their little ones :)

My wife and I worked really hard and did a lot of research to find a clean product for our kids. When we found Hiya, we were cautiously optimistic but also concerned that our kids wouldn't like the taste. Honestly, I couldn't disagree more with all the reviews I've read complaining about the taste. My kids LOVE them...they love them so much they think I'm giving them candy when they get their daily vitamin and probiotic.

These tasted terrible and I emailed to cancel my subscription and they emailed back, repeatedly offering me a discount. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I finally had to threaten legal action to hopefully get them to agree to cancel my subscription. This is a scam and a joke of a company. DO NOT recommend!
