I’ve contacted customer service twice. Once, to request a certain flavor of vitamins, and the other was to ask for a different shipping date. Their team reached out to me within a few hours. Not only were they prompt, but they asked questions to make sure I was getting the exact product I needed and when I needed it. I won’t hesitate to reach out for help in the future.

The vitamin has clean ingredients and my kids take them with ease. the customer service is exceptional. I was about to cancel the subscription because of cost and the customer service representative did everything to help us out. I would definitely recommend this company.

Hiya thinks of everything! I feel great about giving these to my kids daily and they are so excited to take them! They are extremely picky eaters so I am so thankful for the daily multivitamin.

Hiya has been great for my kiddo. She loves the flavors and asks for her vitamin each day. Their customer service has also been excellent with quick responses and we have been able to customize our orders with ease.

Our son has been using Hiya multi and probiotic for years. I feel at ease knowing that hiya is the healthiest multi out there for kids. The probiotics have really helped his bowel movements as well. We absolutely love these vitamins! My kids love the taste and it’s never a hassle to get them to take them. I love that they aren’t full of sugar and they are actually beneficial to my kids unlike other vitamins! My kids hardly were sick this winter which is very rare. Highly recommend!

Kids love taking their multivitamin and probiotic daily!

Hiya is a great vitamin that my kid loves! I love that they aren’t gummies so they aren’t stuck in my kids teeth. The customer service team has made me feel like a valuable member and not just a number which isn’t common these days. Highly recommend trying these for your little one!

This place totally sucks! Just a big scam! They auto sign you in a subscription and then double the price on the next order. they make it really hard to cancel and get your money back. Stay away from this company.

We’ve used hiya multi vitamins, probiotics, iron, and their greens for over a year. We switched from gummy vitamins to hiya after my 4 year old son had multiple cavities. My kids love the taste of all of them. As a homeschooling mom to 5 kids, I love the subscription because it’s one less thing I have to remember to get.

My children love the Hiya multi vitamin. They take one every morning. It is so awesome that there are no artificial colors and no unnecessary sugars added. We also use the Greens+ Superfoods in smoothies. Also— my 10 year old daughter that has inattentive ADHD really benefits from the use of the Kids Bedtime Essentials.

I can’t say enough good things about Hiya vitamins! My son absolutely loves them, and as a mom, I feel great knowing they have no added sugar and are packed with nutrients to keep him healthy. I’ve noticed that when he takes them regularly, he rarely gets sick, but on the few occasions we forget for a few days, he almost always catches something. That alone proves to me how effective they are! On top of that, their customer service is amazing—every time I’ve needed a change or had a question, they respond right away and go above and beyond to make sure we feel heard and taken care of. I highly recommend Hiya to any parent looking for a healthy, trustworthy vitamin for their kids!

Joining the Hiya family was the best decision I’ve made this year! The products are amazing but more importantly the customer service is outstanding! They are soo helpful, understanding and genuinely compassionate to their customers. Anytime I need to reach out my response is always quick and it really feels like I’m talking to a family member. My kids take both the vitamins and probiotics. My son had a tough time using the bathroom and I swear within a week of consuming the vitamins and probiotics, he was going with no problems and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. I cannot stress how difficult it is having 3 picky eaters and trying to find the healthiest supplements. Hiya has helped me out so much! I’m not usually a reviewer or convincer when it comes to buying products but it’s really a no brainer, you just have to try them! Hiya has a customer for life 🫶🏽

Simply amazing. Had issues with the kids not liking all the flavors but they were able to assist me and I am able to just have a specific flavor shipped to me. Easy to skip orders if need to and outstanding customer service. Would recommend!

My son is picky eater, but he loves chocolate milk. It’s so easy to use hiya to mix up a healthy drink for him.

I found Hiya as an ad on instagram and took a look at their website and ingredients. My little one was a long time sick last year and I needed to help his immune system. So I gave it a try. We’re beyond thankful to find this brand and their vitamins. The kids love them and can’t wait till they can have the next one in the morning. My oldest son love the pink ones so I was asking the customer support (btw outstanding service) if they can only send us the pink flavor. And they immediately responded and made this ready for us! We also love the bedtime product! We’re very grateful and happy to find this brand!

We absolutely love hiya and their mission! We use the daily multivitamin and the sleep support. My daughter takes each vitamin daily and it’s easy for her! Her immune system seems to be stronger than ever and her sleep routine is smoother. I also feel at ease knowing she is getting vital nutrients! The packaging is great and she loves personalizing her bottles. Hiya’s customer support has been amazing as well. Whether it is changing our address, adding new vitamins to our subscription, or getting a broken bottle replaced, hiya does it all! I love knowing I can easily report any issue and they will respond quickly and get it taken care of, truly hassle free!
