My daughters love Hiya! I love how you’re able to choose your favorite flavor that has definitely help my daughters look forward to taking them everyday! The bedtime essentials are a hit!!!! I would struggle to put my daughters to sleep now they are out in 10 mins and sleep throughout the whole night! Also, there are no longer grouchy in the morning! Very thankful I have found a healthy vitamin, probiotic, and sleep essential with absolutely everything my daughters need all in one place!

The customer service from the Hiya Support team is top notch! Their responses are prompt and personal. They go above and beyond to make sure they're customers are happy. My kids love the vitamins and they allowed the flavors to be customized for their individual preferences! I am so impressed!

We were new to Hiya and ordered the multivitamin and the probiotic chewable. My son is pickier than most when it comes to vitamins so had my doubts. The packaging is adorable and he loved all the probiotic flavors but only one or two of the multivitamins. Hiya customer service was amazing and let me customize my order to include only the flavor he liked to keep him on track with taking his vitamins. Thank you Hiya!

My daughter likes these vitamins but let me tell you, they make it difficult to skip, change or cancel your subscription. You have to contact them to make any changes. And after being with them for a year, all of a sudden my script went up $5 without notice. My invoice says, x$30 a month and then right underneath is the actual charge for &35 a month plus tax for a whooping $37.80 a month. They’re fucking nuts. Just skip this brand. They only want your money. Not worth it.

My kids love the multivitamins, but prefer some flavors/colors over others! When reaching out to customer service they were able to quickly help me update my payment information and send out my refills earlier than expected. They also accommodated my request for refills of only certain flavors/colors. When I asked about adding on a bottle for my son, since he’s reached the age of wanting things with his own name, they just sent me one for him at no charge! I am very impressed by their prompt handling and care for their customers!

This vitamin brand is the only vitamins we would consider buying for our kids now! We love how transparent the ingredients are. Delicious taste and cute little container to keep them in! Customer support is also amazing and quick with responding.

My toddler loves these. I use the powdered vitamin I put it in his water, and it taste like juice.

My girls love their Hiya probiotics and multivitamins. I’ve noticed improvement with their mood, bowel movements, as well as their skin. My youngest has had skin issues in the past, but since I started her on probiotics, her skin (because of her healthier gut) has cleared up. Try them, sometimes I even eat them :) For future, I’d like to be able to manage my subscription myself versus having to email customer service. Although, they are always wonderful! But still an extra step/extra time.

Love these multivitamins! I was over the high sugar content in traditional kid vitamins and found this as a great alternative. The customer service at Hiya is the best!!! My kids love two of the flavors and Hiya is able to customize my order to receive just those!

My son just turn 2 and he has been using Hiya for about 6 months after a doctor recommended he start a probiotic. He loves them! And we love how they are formulated without any of the bad stuff. Can’t wait to get him started on the vitamins too! I also love their customer support. When we originally subscribed to monthly refills, we accidentally subscribed twice and they immediately reached out (15 minutes after we placed our order) to help solve this issue that we didn’t even know was a problem. Their responses are timely and they are always trying to support their customers!

My child is very picky with taste and texture but he is loving Hiya! I feel good that he is getting the extra vitamins and probiotics he needs!

Hiya's multivitamin has been a game-changer for us! Dealing with a selective eater, this has been a great addition. I appreciate the absence of any added ingredients, and the fact that it includes whole foods makes it even more commendable. High quality! Definitely recommend!

We love our Hiya vitamins! Our girls love the taste and beg to take them every morning. They had so much fun decorating the jar with stickers!! We also love knowing they are getting the necessary nutrients to grow and stay healthy. They were quick to help us when we needed some financial assistance to continue to afford the monthly subscription. Can't say enough good things! :)

Hiya is so much more than a company that sells vitamins, they are a family that cares about so much more. I have a 6 year old who struggles with eating vegetables and loves gummies! After so much research I found Hiya and was immediately impressed with their vitamins, so I signed up for a subscription. I absolutely loved everything from the packaging, the included stickers, and the health benefits. My son said he liked them at first but then started to not want to take them. He was even hiding the bottle in the lower cupboard 🤦🏼‍♀️ saying they were too sour and didn’t want to take them anymore. So disappointed, I emailed the company to cancel my subscription with plans to go back to gummy vitamins with a different company. To my absolute surprise the Hiya family emailed me back with an options for a stick type of vitamin that can be dissolved in water and even different custom flavors for the vitamins. I was immediately so thankful for the options and the excellent customer service. I now know without a doubt, Hiya cares about not only my business but my son’s health. I am so happy and give Hiya my highest recommendation.

My daughter has been taking these vitamins for a month now and I am already noticing a change in her appetite (happy mama!). Customer service was also super helpful and accommodating of my request for only 2 of the 3 flavors. Would definitely recommend HIYA to parents!

My two boys started taking the kid's multivitamin a couple of weeks back. It's too early to tell the benefits it is having on them but the fact that my picky eater will take them with no complaints, speaks volumes! We had so much fun decorating the glass bottle! My daughter is a very picky eater so I decided it was time to start a multi vitamin. I started with some of the popular gummy brands but she just wasn't loving them. She refused to take them. After switching to Hiya she's finally consuming them daily. They're also flexible in terms of letting you pick the flavor. She asks me for the strawberry one every day, so we're looking forward to the next shipment containing strawberry only.

I had a great experience with their customer service. They were so accommodating!
