I so badly wanted this to work. I got the purple color correction serum. After seeing the videos, I thought this sounded (and looked!) legit! The one positive portion of this lesson learned was that after ordering and not receiving the product for over a month, when I contacted the company, they did refund my $6.99 shipping and oddly enough, it showed up within a few days of that communication. The product, however, did not change the color of my teeth one bit. I already know that I have teeth that easily bleach because I had this confirmed with imaging at my orthodontist which proved my pulp has blue undertones and not yellow. With that said, it did zero, made a mess and can’t even be counted as paste. I’m so bummed. If it’s too good to be true, then it like is! Don’t bother wasting your $30. Sorry #hismile, but you’re not being honest!! Shameful.

I have used the Whitening Penn and it hardly had any gel in it. Got another one and it virtually had nothing in it. The Whitening gel toothpaste has not changed my colour at all. So disappointing

Product: V34 Colour Corrector Serum, and Toothbrush Shipping Standard: 3-10 business days Ordered: 17 April Received: 29 April I was quite excited to try this product, after being influenced on TikTok. And was disappointed almost immediately. It was technically received within the shipping standard listed. Note, there is fine print that says the shipping standards start counting after the date of dispatch. So really, until it leaves their warehouse, the clock has not started…which means they have no shipping standards they can be upheld to. Once received, I went to try the product right away. The toothbrush was nice and soft, but it has warped and I have fears the top will break off as I’m brushing. The serum itself was super painful when I used it! I do have receding gum lines but even so, it hurt…BAD! Not to mention, the product did not make an iota of a difference. At all. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing a second time. You shouldn’t either, if I’m being honest.

I placed my order May 17 and it’s June 5. When I didn’t receive my package after the estimated time of delivery I tracked my order online and it still said “preparing for shipment”. The website states that delivery (for my address) should take 3-6 business days for standard shipping, so I reached out to contact support to ask them what the hold up was and they didn’t reply. I emailed them again on the 30th asking the same thing and all I got was an automated reply stating that they received my email and someone will get back to me in 3-6 business days……. Again.I have yet to get a reply with any explanation as to why my order is still “preparing for shipment” and I’m really hoping that I didn’t get screwed out of my money since there’s no line of communication from their end.

I placed order on May 13th and today is June 2nd, I still haven't heard anything from them. It still say await for shipping, when I sent emails to ask them, no response! I have tried for weeks now. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR PRODUCT THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE. Update June 16th : Still haven't received the products, I had to contact my credit card (capital one) company that I used for this transaction and they disputed the money back to me, that's the only way you can get their attention or if you want your money back!

I ordered the colour corrector and it said I would get the product in 3-6 business days and 3 weeks later I emailed them saying my product hasn’t arrived and they emailed me back saying we will get back to you in 3-6 business days, finally I got the product, I was very excited to try it and It did nothing to my teeth, it’s not what it says it is. I don’t recommend it.

I would give them ZERO if I could. I ordered this product April 13th and they took the $52.39 out of my account and of course say 3 to 6 days expedited shipping...it still hasn't shipped or come! I've sent 3 emails and get the same generated email saying they will get to me in 3 to 6 business days because its a busy time, NONE of my emails have been responded to after that, they haven't called and I've left my number. Why can't we call them? What type of customer support do they have? Will I ever get my order or my money back? Its funny all these people promoting it and tons of emails its back in stock...then WHERES MINE?!?! Do I have to be a celebrity or and influencer to get it? Maybe if they read this they can contact me but I won't hold my breath.

I really wouldn't order with this company. It's been over the delivery timescales and they've yet to reply to a single message I've sent. I've raised a dispute via PayPal to hopefully get my money back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DISMISSIVE TO OFFER ANY HELP TO THE CUSTOMER. I would not buy a thing from them. This company does not stand by your purchase or care that your products even get to you. They basically take your money and could care less when you tell them a month later that you still have not received your order. The response was we can’t do anything about that we do not offer refunds of payments and do not reship if you didn’t get your items. When you first contact them they will tell you give us 3-5 days to get back to you and don’t send other emails because it will just put you to the back of the line. Well how many customers are filing complaints with this company that they need 3-5 days to get back to someone and why do people go to the back of the line. But the worst is they take your money they insure the package and will not replace items that are lost or never sent. Her response was well it says delivered. But it is not. I do not have it. I obviously have been tracking it. Not much effort on their end or concern!! She then says, Well maybe it is in a pile somewhere waiting to get to you? But she just said it shows delivered, then why is it in a pile somewhere waiting to ship? We are talking about $69.50 REALLY ….. I will never order from them and absolutely do not recommend anyone else to order from them. They advertise all this great stuff, which I highly doubt they even come close to there is no miracle in any product and once your card is charged, believe me when I say they are done with giving you any form of customer service or resolving the issue, other than excuses. I ordered over 6.5 weeks ago and I have nothing. Just a bill and they make sure to tell you that you still have to continue paying for it.

What could have been better is that they actually send me my purchase or refund me. At this point I want a refund and will never contribute to helping a company who is ignorant to their customers make a profit and to add insult to injury, try to make a fool of me by saying it’s delivered, but then tell me it’s probably sitting in a pile somewhere

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY WEBSITE. Amazon has it for the same price and the return policy is better. The company is based in Australia and it takes over 2 weeks to process your order. I still haven't gotten mine yet and their return policy to fully refund your money only applies when you receive a merchant then return. So you can't even cancel even if your product hasn't shipped yet. And of course, you have to pay for the return fee.

You should be able to cancel your order when it's not shipped yet. Also, the company should not charge you unless the product has been shipped. My credit card was charged even though I have not received anything.
