    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DISMISSIVE TO OFFER ANY HELP TO THE CUSTOMER. I would not buy a thing from them. This company does not stand by your purchase or care that your products even get to you. They basically take your money and could care less when you tell them a month later that you still have not received your order. The response was we can’t do anything about that we do not offer refunds of payments and do not reship if you didn’t get your items. When you first contact them they will tell you give us 3-5 days to get back to you and don’t send other emails because it will just put you to the back of the line. Well how many customers are filing complaints with this company that they need 3-5 days to get back to someone and why do people go to the back of the line. But the worst is they take your money they insure the package and will not replace items that are lost or never sent. Her response was well it says delivered. But it is not. I do not have it. I obviously have been tracking it. Not much effort on their end or concern!! She then says, Well maybe it is in a pile somewhere waiting to get to you? But she just said it shows delivered, then why is it in a pile somewhere waiting to ship? We are talking about $69.50 REALLY ….. I will never order from them and absolutely do not recommend anyone else to order from them. They advertise all this great stuff, which I highly doubt they even come close to there is no miracle in any product and once your card is charged, believe me when I say they are done with giving you any form of customer service or resolving the issue, other than excuses. I ordered over 6.5 weeks ago and I have nothing. Just a bill and they make sure to tell you that you still have to continue paying for it.

    What could have been better is that they actually send me my purchase or refund me. At this point I want a refund and will never contribute to helping a company who is ignorant to their customers make a profit and to add insult to injury, try to make a fool of me by saying it’s delivered, but then tell me it’s probably sitting in a pile somewhere
