I would give zero stars I swear… But I have to give at least one just leave the review so here we go. I ordered two toothpaste pumps and two whitening products from high smile back in May. I began emailing them in June about my missing order because a month had passed and there was not even a tracking number issued yet my money had been paid. When I did not receive a response to that email I sent another email requesting a cancellation of my order. Discontinued… I sent more request to cancel then suddenly received an email stating that my order has shipped. At that point there was nothing I could do but wait for the items. Once they arrived, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I opened everything and one of the toothpaste pumps is defective and does not pump paced at all. Nothing comes out . The whitening products do not work. They are a complete scam… No matter what they say, how many times they claim to have tested them… They do not work! I do not have fake teeth or veneers and the product doesn't work. I have now been emailing this company for over a month to try and get a resolution to my concerns. They state that you have 30 days to change your mind yet they do not respond to emails so your 30 days runs out rather quickly. There is no other way to contact them listed anywhere. Only one email address. When you email them, you get the same automated response every time stating that someone will get back to you within three days. Like I said I have been emailing for over a month and have not received one email from a live person whatsoever this company is a complete scam! they have guarantees that they do not honor and there is no way to hold them accountable. Do not send them your money. They are a bad company with bad business practices!

Order product on June 27th paid for 3 days Delivery still have not received it by July 9th. Have emailed eight times now With no response. Does not have a phone number. This product is a fraud!!!

I’d love to tell you about the product I ordered— whenever I get it. I’m still waiting on my order from three weeks ago that I ordered via EXPEDITED shipping. Tracking number says the parcel service is still waiting for the product to ship off, so it looks like it never even made it to the post office. I tried contacting the customer service email, but no one has yet to reply. They have no customer service number or chat. I don’t even know how to get a refund at this point. I think I wasted my money!

Complete waste of money. Do not waste your money or time. It did absolutely nothing to my teeth. Mine are only a tinge yellow so I also tried it on my 16 yr old son who's teeth have more yellow, it did absolutely nothing!!! We even took pics and zoomed in the before and the after. No change at all!!!

I’ve purchased products almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a single update on my order. After 2 attempts of reaching out through email along with myself and many people commenting on their facebook page, I think it’s safe to say to be wary if you order from here. I would not recommend. Hopefully I can get my money back.

I’m gonna start with the cons first because there’s only one it’s hard to get in touch with customer service. Other than that shipping is longer because it’s international so there’s no con with that. I live in the US I took my toothpaste with me to my dentist, and they were blown away with how it tasted And the ingredients how clean it is and now my dentist uses it and recommends it to everyone this stuff is incredible. There’s nothing wrong with the formula the flavors are outstanding the whitening is the best you’ve ever found and it does not hurt your teeth, gums, enamel or anything I have not found a single negative thing with a single product from them and if you have kids that don’t like the minty taste or even if you don’t like strong mint, this stuff is incredible it’s like dessert for kids so they’re begging to brush their teeth and the mint is not too strong so you get to enjoy it without being over powered by meant either also I have had one order that for some reason did not make it to my house. It was not because of the company it was the delivery company and when I contacted them about it, I had a refund processed within 48 hours and it got to my account within three days. There were no issues getting a refund

Not only does it take 3 weeks for the company to ship out the product but it tastes like crap. Don’t waste your money !!!!

Took 2 weeks even after paying for expedited shipping. Contacted company and received snotty email telling me how to cancel. All I had asked was when they were going to ship it. No answer to that, just telling me how to cancel if I didn't want to wait. I bought this for my aunt to try and she died waiting for it. I tried it and my teeth looked exactly the same.

Waste your money, and get ignored. Placed an order for a few items ($50 worth) on June 8th, and haven't heard anything since. There's no contacting through phone, and emails are happily ignored. It's one thing to be backordered, but to completely ignore your customers (endless complaints online) is unprofessional and unethical. I'm reporting them for the sheer amount of issues on this same matter.

It's been weeks and I never received my products. No communication has occurred when I write them, they never respond. This is a SCAM

Purchased the watermelon toothpaste, V34 colour corrector, PAP+ whitening powder and strips on May 30, delivered to Canada June 22. So expect a wait but honestly coming from so far that’s not a problem for myself. The toothpaste tastes delicious, I love the feeling after brushing my teeth and makes me want to brush more often which I’ll take that as a positive. The whitening products are not “instant” for the one day of use so far, but if it is instant it’s probably not the best and after the strips there was no sensitivity and perhaps a small increase in whiteness. Overall, reccomend the tooth paste but expect a wait. Oh, and didn’t have to pay customs so that was another win!

Worked great. Not as good as laser teeth whitening but better than most at home whitening. Looks like the reviews below are one salty person making multiple reviews.

I seriouslly wouldn't even rate them.....Ordered product on May 14th, as fo June 19th, no product and any emails to them go unanswered except for one refunding me my shipping which seems to be their go to response for unhappy customers. Have had to file a disput with my credit card and hopefully will get my $72 refunded back.

Fraud company. Do not spend your money on this company. They send bad formulas to paying customers and refuse to give refunds.

I ordered teeth whitening product 6 weeks ago and still haven't received it. All my emails to Hismile have been ignored! Ordered teeth whitening toothpaste May 2, now its June 20th and I STILL haven't received product! I've reached out to them 6 times with NO response!!This company is TOTAL BS!!! Don't waste your money!!

Placed an order may 24th. Today is June 13th and my order still says it’s processing. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. I filed a claim with my bank. Not holding my breath.

Absolute rubbish. Completely misleading. ACCC have been contacted and I expect this scam of a company to be heavily fined

I have placed an order on May 17th. The order has not shipped yet, they are not responding to my emails!!! Is this company a scam?????
