No change from the serum...very sad these people are scammers. DO NOT BUY.

Received product within a decent amount of time but it does not whiten your teeth. The purple also stains your tongue like you have been sucking on a loli pop. Would not recommend, they got my money with their clever marketing..

Purple teeth whitening is a flat out scam.... it does not work at all. I tried 3 different people same result. For all who purchased this. We got scammed.

I find it a bit funny people are having trouble with shipping and what-not. I had tracking and updates when it was shipped and when it was being delivered. Anywho, I bought the whitening stuff, and after a few days I definitely saw some results. Not as great as I'd hoped, but still very good stuff. It isn't a scam like people are saying, I'd say just try it and see for yourself.

I have been waiting 17 days for my delivery i still have not received my order. If u want to buy something u will never receive order this product

This company is terrible. I haven’t received my products yet, so I don’t have anything to say about them, but their customer service and everything needs major work. I ordered my package June 22, 2023. I got a confirmation that stated 8-10 days on shipping and they were backed up with orders. Okay great thanks for the information. 3 weeks pass (15 business days) and no shipment email. I asked for a refund. Then a week later I get a response, they have shipped my items (wow, great timing right?). They gave me a 5 dollar and some change refund and said I could return them for a full refund, but I couldn’t get a full refund right now. So I already know I’m gonna return the items, I’m just waiting on receiving them (they were a gift and the 3 weeks waiting on shipment would’ve made them embarrassingly late by the time I received them), and today has been a full month and a week nearly since I ordered the items and when I just tracked them, it says pre-shipment information sent. So they still haven’t even left Australia. So I bought a few items for a gift that took over a month to even get shipped out, knowing I’m just going to return them and the business takes a week to answer an email and they “shipped” them once I decided I was fed up. If you guys can’t ship in a timely manner (or at least what your automated emails say, as well as the customer service ones) then just don’t make business with people. The shipping time means a lot as things are often bought for a reason and are needed soon, not 6 months from now.

I ordered my kit on July 9th and it is ridiculous how much time it is taking to get my order. I tried to cancel after 10 business days since the email said it would ship within that time frame and customer service said they couldn’t…end of story. The next day it says it was shipped, but that’s a lie because according to tracking, the status is “pre shipment” which it’s been for 9 days now. I purchased this product well in advance in preparation for my birthday party next weekend and I have no clue whether I’ll actually get it in time. Hismile needs to do better! The product better work after this awful experience, but from the looks of the other comments, it’s probably gonna be a disappointment. 😡

I purchased this directly through Hismile. It did not work for me. I saw no difference and I used it on one side of my upper teeth. Definitely false advertising. People should know that it is supposed to give you a whiter/brighter smile for a couple of hours not long term. I would not purchase this again. Btw..they do not except returns unless you have not used it and it is unopened and also you'll have to pay the postage back to Australia.

Stay away!! I have been waiting for the product to arrive for over a month. Tracker says it hasn't left Australia yet. Australia? I think I got scammed out of $30.00, but the more reviews I read from people who used the product, most are pretty disappointed so $30.00 lesson here.

Their customer service is AWFUL! They sent my product almost 21 days after taking my money. If you want to try this stuff. Go on Amazon and type in V34. Its a bunch of different companies that offer the exact same product and will provide you the product faster and at a cheaper price. I emailed them and they said to allow 6-12 days for a member to get back with me SMH. Then when they did…they said they were having fulfillment issues at the warehouse. Lol I don’t even want the product now. I just want a refund. I ordered on Amazon and have had the product from another company for quite some time now after ordering from Hismile. What a joke.

Ordered this product weeks and weeks ago and just keep receiving an e-mail telling me they are having shipping issues. I believe this is a scam. DO NOT BUY!!

Im still waiting for the product. I ordered on May 20th, its now July 16th. Im afraid it is a scam. This is too bad for this company because its all over Social media. Why are some ppl so stingy and dishonest? It's a sham.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Sent several messages to Company without a reply. No Customer Service Number. Literally threw away over $100 worth of product. Defective charger. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 4 little items 2 and a half weeks ago and my tracking status says that they are still packaging my order.. doesn't take 17 days to fucking put 4 items in a little box and send after I've already fucking paid.. im fucking pissed lol

I should have read the reviews before buying. My product has been preparing to ship for several weeks. And like everyone else no replies to emails.

It was ok. It worked a little bit but have tried many better options that were less costly.

I wish I could give this product a review, but I have been waiting for 2 weeks and the product still has not been shipped. DO NOT order directly from this company! Try purchasing from Amazon or elsewhere! Better yet, find another product. Customer support has not provided any assistance. Finally received my order. Took about 17 days from the date I ordered. Been using twice a day for over a week now and haven’t seen much difference, if any. Not very satisfied with the product. The only positive is that it has a pleasant spearmint flavor.

I never received the product.I contacted customer support for weeks just getting a generic response that someone would contact me soon. Never got the product got no help fixing the issue. So basically they take your money and then say they aren’t responsible if you don’t get it
