I love Hilma's brand, marketing and overall mission to normalize gas, bloating and everyday problems that are harder for people to chat about! I keep these bottles on me at work and have at home. I think they work quite well to help poop but also not sure if placebo! regardless, they don't hurt to have! would definitely recommend to a friend in need because of the medicinal and herbal properties.

I currently have the fiber gummies and love them! They taste so good and I can tell they work. I have also used the upset stomach capsules and I think those help too. Simple ingredients and a nice range of different products.
