Reviews mention

  • Close, comfortable shave performance
  • Weighty, ergonomic razor handle
  • Sophisticated, memorable body-wash fragrances
  • Effective extra-strength antiperspirant
  • Inconsistent blade sharpness quality
  • Occasional nicks and irritation
  • Lubrication strip gets gloopy
  • Blades may rust quickly

Harry’s earns largely positive reviews for close, comfortable shaves, sleek handles, and standout scents (Fig, Stone, Redwood), though blade sharpness and consistency divide users. Reviews praise the razors for sensitive skin and unisex use and laud the Extra-Strength Antiperspirant for reliable sweat control, but report issues like occasional nicks, quicker dulling or rust, itchy first use, a gloopy lubrication strip, and mixed results on closeness versus Gillette/Flamingo/Schick.

  • I have a Harrys razor as my regular razor for my legs. It's nothing to write home about but it does the job and I don't really want to spend more money on a new razor.

  • I think its a great brand with reasonable pricing. It's a go to starter brand for anyone looking to be better at grooming themselves.

Not every product is great with their face lotion being just okay

  • Love love love the entire Fig line of deodorant and body wash. It's such a perfect spicy, warm gender-neutral scent. I don't shave so I've never tried their shave products but I adore the rest of their body care products.

I wish they would expand their product range more!

  • While The Truman handle doesn't feel particularly premium (they do have a 'Winston' line that looks sturdier), the blades themselves are nice and sharp and the shaving experience is really smooth. What I love about Harry's though is the scent of their creams and gels; they're fresh, masculine and leave my skin feeling lovely and clean.

The razor handle feels a little cheap, compared to other letterbox shaving brands.

  • Easy subscription, nice to have the extra blades to change out. I didn't find it irritated my skin, but that's not often an issue for me. Have only tried their razors, so I can't speak for everything else.

  • I loved my Harry's razor. It works better than any other product that I have tried for my leg hair. Unfortunately I keep losing the handle and need to replace it AGAIN. I wish I could afford to buy another but the affordably priced promotional starter kit isn't available for repeat customers.

  • Harry’s razors are some of the best I’ve ever used. Love the weight on the handle, you can really feel the quality. The grips on the handle also make shaving easier and more efficient. The blades give me the closest shave I can get and my legs are soooo soft now!

  • Love the razors, all the product and the weight and durability of the razor. I tried my boyfriends and ordered on my own. I recommend this product very highly.

  • The best shave i ever had no idea it has a trimmer now that's cool have a customer for LIFE

  • Just tried out their razor for the first time and it was a breeze. Smooth and easy across the skin. Way better than the Goodline one I picked up at CVS

  • I’ve I heard of Harry’s but was reluctant to try it since I was happy with Gillette products. My wife had me try the trial set. Shaving cream was what I expected it to be but the smell was very refreshing. The razor is the big deal. Great shave with no pulling off hairs. Worked well edging my beard. Literally half the price of the top competition- great find. After shave was calming and left my skin soft and not oily.

  • I picked this up at Target a while back. It's got a great shave quality, and the price is quite affordable, so I'm really pleased with it. Plus, I like that its design isn't cluttered like some other brands.

  • I purchased Harry's Odor and Enhanced Sweat Control Redwood scent and it works wonders. The scent is amazing, my wife actually insists I'm not longer allowed to buy any other brands. The sweat control is excellent and I could actually still smell the fresh scent after a game of hockey, which is unheard off. All for a comparable price in the grocery store to other brands. I highly recommend.

  • I used the shaving cream and couldn't stop using it! It was super creamy and a little went a long way.

  • Brand new blades are duller than month old Gillette blades Total waste of money

  • I've used Harry's for about two years, I love it most of the time.. Sometimes I get a dudd with my blade purchases from time to time, the saving grace to this fall short is it is really easy to speak with customer service and request a replacement. This doesn't happen often enough to really make me dislike the product and service, although rather pricey, my package of choice is the 5 Blade with the trimming blade on the end. I can truly say the experience has mostly met my expectations these past years and I usually get a close shave. I do have to add extra lubrication to my shave due to their lubrication strip isn't quite that good most of the time, that an my sensitive skin does not match all too well. I have also paired their blades with the shaving gel in the past, it was lackluster to say the least for my particular skin type.. I kept getting razor burn and ended up changing brands about a week in. I mainly stick to Harry's simply due to the razor consistency and quality, their other products are less than impressive.

  • I absolutely love Harry's. I use their razors because honestly, nothing compares to a men's, close shave razor. I'm never left with bumps, rashes, or rusty razors. I combine this with their shaving cream.

  • Harry’s was quality. The only negative I have is when I used the after shave lotion. It definitely might just not work for my skin personally, but it made my face itchy.

  • When shaving I use a Safety Razor or a Straightblade, so I don't have any need for the razor and heads Harry's offers. What I do use is their Shaving Gel and Post Shave Balm. These products are awesome. With the Shaving Gel a little can go a long way with a splash of water and some short hairs to lather against. It doesn't have a strong scent and provides a very slight cooling sensation when pulled away by a blade. It wipes/washes off quickly with no feeling of residue left behind. The Post Shave Balm has Aloe in it which explains the scent it has and like Aloe that smell is mild and cancompliment, blend, or be overpowered with almost any cologne or deodorant out there. The Balm works as it should and helps soothe the skin at the freshly shaved area and helps reduce any razor burn or discomfort that may have been caused. It won't completely negate those side effects but I don't know of anything that can. Before I was using Dollar Shave Club and when I ran out and was unable to locate more, I came across Harry's and haven't felt the need to go back or continue my search. Now if only I could get some individual safety blades from Harry's for my razor preference and not just for the handles they carry, I could order from them directly and most likely get a bundle deal similar to the ones already offered with the bonus of saving a little. This is the only reason I'm not giving 5Stars.
