Hair Care

Hair Story wins passionate reviews for New Wash delivering softer, shinier, less-frizzy hair and encouraging fewer washes, yet feedback splits on performance: some report weighed-down, greasy roots and buildup, especially with curls or heavy styling. Strengths include a spa-like scent, creamy co-wash texture, and effective scalp massager, while weaknesses span labor-intensive application, awkward refill packaging and pumps, polarizing Powder’s gritty texture, and the Deep version’s rancid smell and poor results.
