Founder of Grüns here. What is this website "ThingTesting"? The reviews I'm reading here are Amazon resellers with shady practices of trying to bulk purchase from our website gruns.co -- even though that is against our terms & conditions. We refuse their orders and finally got them kicked off of Amazon as well so we can ensure the quality and safety of the products we formulate and sell. It's not even possible for our community to spend $400+ with Grüns on an order or to order 10 units. We're proud of the reviews these resellers shared here on this site, because it shows we care deeply for the community, including if it means upsetting Amazon resellers. Thanks for sharing! Anyway, thanks for giving this a read and doing your research on whether Grüns is a trustworthy brand. We hope we can earn that trust with something as serious as your health.

Avoid them. I made an order for $459, they canceled it, I was waiting for a refund but never got my money back, I tried to email several times but never received a response in 3 weeks, I wrote to them on Instagram, left a comment under their postand they blocked me there. I opened a dispute through paypal and I'm waiting for my money back. They are absolute scammers

I really enjoy Grüns — they taste good and I love that they offer low-sugar options. They’re on the expensive side, though, so it adds up quickly if you take them regularly. I was also hoping my kids would get into them, but no luck there. Still a nice option for adults who want a cleaner gummy.

nice product, pleasant taste and beautiful packaging. Definitely worth considering over AG-1. I am a big fan of both but pricing here makes it stand out.

Gruns did not work with my digestive system. On their website it says easy cancellation of subscriptions. I’ve extended my order date 2x and now need to cancel because of too much product. I’ve now discovered that I cannot cancel?? What? False advertising!! If they respected their product they would respect their customer. Good Customer Service is all I ask for when I’m giving my money for a service or product. I am disappointed in this company that claims to be for their clientele. They are falsely respecting their client by giving false information. Do the right thing and be reputable and respectful to your clientele. Please cancel my subscription. Thanks.

I ordered from this brand to try because they had a money back guarantee. The gummies were way to sweet for me- I contacted customer service for a refund and they said it would cost $5 to send the items back for a return. That is not a 30-day money back guarantee! Their customer service was rude and not helpful at all. I would not trust this brand. Editted to note: After posting this review here, Gruns has clearly recruited a lot of positive reviewers. Just sharing that this type of behavior is what I disliked about the company in the first place, as it used (and continues to use) misleading information. Not the type of brand I’d want to trust with nutrition supplements.

I love these. I look forward to taking them daily. If they weren't vitamins, I would pretty regularly snack on them throughout the day haha! They don't taste like vitamins at all - they taste pretty close to fruit snacks. The little packet is so convenient for taking it on-the-go. I have recommended these to friends who also love them!

I suspended my subscription and Gruns sent an order anyway. I then cancelled my subscription and they again sent an order. It took me contacting my credit and disputing the charge to get any response from their customer service department. I also had a sorry to see you go cancellation response from Gruns that mysteriously disappeared when they sent an order incorrectly. There is no number or a live person you can speak with. All matters are handled via email. There product is great but their customer service and billing ethics are awful. I would not do business with company!! I switched from AG1 to Gruns because I wanted pills instead of liquid greens. AG1 has them beat hands down with 24/7 live human customer service and website that works ! Horrible company to do business with.

The customer service is terrible. They lie. I skipped an order on 2/1. They still charged my card. They didn’t ship until 2/7. Six days after I requested the skip. The product was allegedly received on 2/11. I never received it. I notified them on 2/11 that I skipped this order on Feb. 1st. I’m addition never received the order so I can’t even refuse delivery. On 2/16 I finally hear from them that they could not honor my skip request of Feb 1 because the order had shipped already. Completely ignoring that they did not ship until Feb. 7 AND the fact that my order was never received. On 2/16 I respond the order was never received. Zero response. I email again on 2/20 explaining that I did not receive the order. I want a refund for a product that never should have been sent. Today Feb. 25 they responded wanting to know if I received the order. They want to “troubleshoot” this with me. They are scam artists. My next move is to file a fraud complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice

Terrible customer service! Beware if you sign up for a subscription and think you may want to cancel it you will need to it WELL before the 30 days. You are not given 30 days to try it. You will be billed for the next month a full week or more before the actual date and cannot cancel or receive a refund once they bill you.

I am infuriated with Gruns unethical subscription practices. I was charged over $200 for a subscription I thought would cost a third of that price. I contacted them 3 times to cancel the order before it shipped with no response. They did not respond to me until after the shipment arrived and told me I could not return the items. Gruns has terrible service and is completely unwilling to work with its customers. They also do not seem to have anywhere on their website where you can leave a review which is suspect as well. I will never buy again!

I’d give them zero stars if possible. Their customer service is almost as bad as a cable company. Cancelled my account after the first delivery because there were delivery issues from the get go. Said I cancelled too close to the next ship date which was not true since I got emails after the fact they were just printing a label. Contacted customer service multiple times but they were so very unhelpful. Am currently fighting the charge with my bank. Not only was the customer service terrible but the price went from $44 the first order to $75 the second time?!?!? What?!? Terrible company with only an ok product. Back to AG1 after this crap experience.

I signed up for a quarterly subscription for 30% off but they sent me one bag for full price and refuse to give me a full refund for it, only a partial refund even though I am willing to send them back the unopened product. It’s just a big marketing scam. EDIT (02/26): It took a year and a half and complaints to the BBB but the company has finally issued a full refund

Horrible! They reactivated my subscription and lied about the package being mailed out to me when I sat and watch for 2 days them prepare and create a shipping label and refuse to refund my money! On top of this the package never even arrived, there was a mishap with the courier so I couldn't even return the package for the $65! What a trip.. Now they're telling me to contact them in the comment below but they have me blocked on Facebook and refused refund when I emailed them repeatedly 🙄

Taste super good, high quality ingredients, great on the go and for traveling. Love gruns and think it's a terrific product. would highly recommend.

What I love about Gruns is that it actually tastes great. It's a gummy that satisfies my sweet tooth and helps me get in my daily vitamins.

I couldn't love Gruns more! It's the only daily greens supplement on the market that tastes delicious and is an enjoyment to eat.
