I really wanted to love the sheet pans — the color is gorgeous and they definitely look great in the kitchen. But after some regular use, I noticed the ceramic coating started to chip, which was a letdown. They’re stylish, but just didn’t hold up the way I’d hoped. I’ve since gone back to my heavier-duty industrial sheet pans, which aren’t as pretty but perform more reliably. These might work for occasional or lighter baking, but for me, they didn’t quite meet the standard.
