Reviews mention

  • High-protein, nutrient-dense pasta
  • Creamy, satisfying cheese sauces
  • Nostalgic, crowd-pleasing flavors
  • Chic, memorable packaging
  • Occasionally bland, uneven seasoning
  • Sometimes overly salty taste
  • Sauce thin or coagulates cooling
  • Small, less-filling portions

GOODLES earns strong reviews for tasting like nostalgic boxed mac and cheese while adding meaningful protein, fiber, and veggie-derived nutrients; many praise flavors like Shella Good, Cheddy Mac, Twist My Parm, and Mover & Shaker and note easy prep and appealing packaging. Reviews also flag downsides: inconsistent flavor punch, occasional salty or bland notes, stomach discomfort from fiber, small portions, and sauce texture issues (thin or coagulating), with some saying it’s not markedly better than Kraft or Annie’s.

I would love them to come out with GF versions!

  • I love the taste of these! It is an elevated boxed mac and cheese that is packed with flavor.

I love the design of the packaging and the flavors.

  • Product tastes good but I do not recommend it. Buyer beware. I DO NOT recommend buying from them. Go to Target and buy the product for cheaper. Target charges $2.99/box. This company scams and rips people off. They've lowered their prices if you subscribe to a 12 pack you can get it for $2.97/box- a whole $0.02 cheaper than in Target, but if you don't want to subscribe or buy a 12 pack you pay more than just buying it individually in Target. Customer service is lacking, they just keep saying the same thing but do nothing to resolve a complaint. I highly recommend against this company.

I subscribed and bought in bulk- 36 boxes which brought the price down to $3.40/box. I thought that would get me the best deal. I walked into Target two weeks later and found the product being sold for $2.99/box. I have complained numerous times and get the same bs response, that now if you subscribe and buy 12 boxes at a time they charge $2.97/box. They've done nothing to rectify the situation of ripping me off, do not address customer complaints and have zero loyalty to a subscription member or someone who bought in bulk. There are better companies out there that sell just as good or better product. I absolutely recommend against Goodles.

  • I had a problem with my order and customer service completely ignored my completed requests. So much for the Goodles guarantee.

  • Honestly delicious, not sure how all that health is packed into this, but it’s great and feels great eating it!

  • These were great, I ended up adding a smidge of butter for extra creamy taste but nothing more. Already bought again!

  • Surprisingly accurate to my nostalgic tastebuds. Very filling and satisfying!

  • I really enjoyed them. I initially bought them because they were next to banza and it was out of the white cheddar. With that being said I was so glad they were because these were awesome. So flavorful and great macros.

I think you guys need more advertising through social media. I am always looking for healthy alternatives and I would like to think I am always seeing the new products through my fitness career or social media and I did not come across any products until I was browsing target.

  • Got the aged cheddar one, was super quick to make and delicious!!

  • Honestly, really good. Not typically a fan of packaged mac n cheese, but loved the flavor and that it's a healthier go-to option. Cute packaging and would try the other flavors.

  • Loved the design and the taste. Very rich flavors and it felt nutritious and filling.
