We love our GoodLand Wood Burning Hot Tub. It’s one of those experiences you don’t forget—it’s not just an amenity, it’s a ritual. From the moment you start the fire, there’s this slow, grounding shift. The crackle of the wood, the rising steam, the scent of the outdoors—it all invites you to be present in a way that feels rare. By the time the water is perfectly hot, you’ve already settled into the rhythm of it. Sitting under the open sky, surrounded by nature, it feels both luxurious and deeply simple at the same time. No buttons, no noise—just the kind of stillness you didn’t realize you needed.

We enjoyed the first tub so we got a second one. I did send some emails or follow ups and the question I had asked was never answered. I was waiting for the arrival of the tub but we got smaller items first with a tracking number. Never was sent a tracking number for the tub. Had no idea when it was coming. I had to ask Goodland for the tracking and then was told I could call the carrier myself. I'm sorry but if a client spent over $20,000 I'd be doing a little more to make the clients happy. Wasn't impressed and I wouldn't get other items as they are way overpriced. IMO

A high-quality product and great customer service. We purchased this cold tub for a year-round use in the Laurentians (Quebec) and installed it in the winter time. We absolutely love it so far! The built-in unit keeps the water warmer in the winter time and cooler in the summer time. I strongly recommend this product.

We absolutely love the Goodland hot tub and so do our short term rental guests! The design is beautiful and minimalist, blending perfectly into natural surroundings. It’s thoughtfully crafted, with high-quality materials that make it feel both durable and luxurious. The soaking experience is incredibly relaxing—there’s something special about heating the water with wood that makes the whole process feel grounding and peaceful. It does take some time to heat up, so planning ahead is key, but it’s well worth the wait and it’s so easy to use! If you’re looking for a more sustainable, off-grid hot tub experience that’s also stylish and well-built, the Goodland hot tub is a fantastic choice! We are so glad we added this unique amenity to our short term rental! We've also been really impressed with the communication and Goodland’s customer service! Nothing short of a great experience and we’ve appreciated their hard work/dedication.

We love their Everlasting Garden Hose, the color is beautiful, and it delivers on everything promised and does not kink!! We also have the garden hose holder we love the simplicity of the design, as well as three of the brass nozzles and the shut off valves. We plan to replace the rest of our hoses on our property with more Everlasting Garden hoses in the future, they are worth the cost.

My experience with Goodland has been top-notch right from the beginning. They worked with me to secure the most economical way to ship a tub to my location. The tub arrived in pristine condition and unboxing was pretty simple. Two of us were able to move the tub to its final location. It took approximately 15 minutes to assemble the tub and it was ready for use. I have found the process of filling it, building a fire, and heating it pretty straightforward and not difficult at all. it does require a little bit more wood than was advertised, but I expected this as I live in a cold weather climate and still have snow in mid April. I added a few things of my own to enhance the experience. I built a matching wood box, step, and tray table for drinks. I also added some inexpensive, submersible lights to the tub. What impresses me the most is the design, engineering, and construction of the tub. It is very high-quality. if you are installing a tub in an off grid or part-time location, it’s tough to beat this set up. Since I’m not using chemicals. The water is completely safe to use to water my lawn after a few days of using the tub. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

We absolutely love our Goodland hottub. Like many others, we have been thinking about the perfect hottub for years, but the chemicals in traditional hottubs are really unappealing and make me itchy! This beautiful, incredibly well made tub is our pride and joy and have already got a number of friends interested as well for their houses and cottages. I love so many things about it. The scent of the cedar, the smoothness of the aluminum, the fact that at a slightly lower temperature our grandbaby Charlotte can join us. Swimming outside with snow.on the ground. She loves it! Then out she goes and we add a stick and it is wonderfully hot. And it is gorgeous! Thank you!

I have been watching and thinking about this tub for a couple of years and finally ordered one a few weeks ago. I was sold once I saw the video of how it was made. I’ve got it set up in less than 10 minutes and it works fantastic. There’s a small learning curve on the fire but now everything works great. So glad I finally got it and set it up at our cabin next to the great Smoky mountain national Park. when I had some trouble with shipping, both owners called and emailed me and the problem was fixed the next day.

My dad, Sam Curtis, got one of these for our East TN Cabin and it's AMAZING! I even like to sit in it unheated on hot days, as well as being able to heat it up this coming winter. Amazing quality!

Couldn’t be more happy with our goodland tub. It arrived a few days before a huge snowstorm, we rode out the whole storm in the tub. If you are on the fence about buying do it, the product is easy to use, and perfect for lazy days. We look forward to using our goodland tub for many years to come. We cannot praise our Goodland Tub enough! After investing in one for our short-term rental, we've received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests. Its user-friendly interface makes it accessible even for those unfamiliar with wood stoves, and the customer service is exceptional. Goodland provides a wealth of online resources, including instructional videos for setup, usage, and cleaning. Additionally, they offer an optional instruction plaque for the stove box featuring a QR code link to a video tutorial on heating the tub, which is especially useful for short-term rental purposes. It's evident that Goodland prioritizes both their products and their customers. Finally, there's nothing comparable to relaxing under the stars in our Goodland Tub. If you're contemplating getting one for yourself, rest assured, you won't be disappointed.

I am totally satisfied with my Goodland Hot Tub; from delivery, to setup & use, it was a pleasurable & seamless process. Goodland has thought every detail out in designing & executing a 1st-rate product. I highly recommend to anyone considering jumping in; the Chris-Craft of HotTubs!

Tub came perfectly packed and took about 10 minutes to unpack and move into place! Everyone is obsessed with it! The tub heats up so well, but watch the video on how to pack the fire box as it was really helpful. The water SMELLS amazing. The tub more than lives up to our expectations. Their customer service was truly outstanding (our cottage is a bit remote, so shipping needed some problem solving on our end and Craig was responsive and creative with offering solutions.) You can just FEEL the quality and thought that went into every detail of this tub and customer experience. We are an earlier customer as well, and even 5 months into having a brand, they knocked it out of the park on every interaction. We will absolutely purchase more from Goodland, can't wait to see what else they come up with!

Our family and organization's practice of slow intentional living has been elevated with the introduction of not one but two goodland woodfired hot tubs. This tub was the highlight of our family gathering over the Christmas holidays and serves as a highlight for many guests that come to experience AIKA. Beautiful design, incredible functionality, and a wonderful team of people making it all happen. We are grateful to have found GOODLAND!

Our GOODLAND soaking tub is not only functional behind my expectations but it is simply beautiful and a humble showstopper. It’s sleek lines blend right in our garden and we love the wood burning aspect, no plastic (yay) and zero added chemicals. Just pure joy and pause…magic!

Our family purchased this tub back in the spring of 2022 and it has truly been the most incredible addition to our household. I did a lot of research but chose this tub for its shape mainly, I wanted something we could recline in. But every part of it exceeded our expectations. The craftsmen ship is outstanding, the aesthetic fits perfect on our deck. It’s easy to use and clean. We live off grid in the forest and all our water comes from our large pond: pumped to a tank, sentiment filtered and gravity fed to the house and now the wood fire tub. We have always dreamed of having a hot-springs in our back yard and now we feel like do; Wild water heated by wood. Our 18 month old absolutely loves it and its a perfect size for our family. Worth every single penny. A dream come true. Thank you.

We purchased a Goodland tub almost a year ago and I tell everyone it's been the best purchase we've made in a long time! Part of the year it's used by guests at our seasonal rental cabin, and then we enjoy it ourselves during the winter off-season. The fact that the tub can be disassembled & moved is what makes this possible. Everything is both durable and beautiful, and we look forward to enjoying our tub for years to come! This is a beautifully designed wood fired tub. When we set out to build our cabin hosting business, we knew that we wanted to work with like minded, creative individuals who care about user experience. From beginning to end, it is a process so elegant and simple. From tub assembly, to filling and heating, to that long anticipated soak, down to draining and cleaning, it has been carefully thought through to provide the best experience a guest and host can ask for. We highly recommend this product to any other hosts who are looking for alternative chemical-free products to modern hot tubs. Our guests can't stop telling us how much they love the quiet soak under the stars.

Bought this tub last year and it’s the best thing I own. It’s super high quality, easy to heat up, looks gorgeous. Takes about half an hour to fill with my hose. Load it up with wood, leave for 45 min come back and add more wood and it’s ready to go. Stays hot for hours. I use the water to water my garden after I have soaked a few times. I did a lot of research before making a purchase this big and I am extremely happy with this choice.

We absolutely love our hot bath from Goodland. It's now a ritual in our family. It's well designed and gorgeous.
