    We love our GoodLand Wood Burning Hot Tub. It’s one of those experiences you don’t forget—it’s not just an amenity, it’s a ritual. By the time the water is perfectly hot, you’ve already settled into the rhythm of it. Sitting under the open sky, surrounded by nature, it feels both luxurious and deeply simple at the same time. No buttons, no noise—just the kind of stillness you didn’t realize you needed.

    We enjoyed the first tub so we got a second one. I did send some emails or follow ups and the question I had asked was never answered. I was waiting for the arrival of the tub but we got smaller items first with a tracking number. Never was sent a tracking number for the tub. Had no idea when it was coming. I had to ask Goodland for the tracking and then was told I could call the carrier myself. I'm sorry but if a client spent over $20,000 I'd be doing a little more to make the clients happy. Wasn't impressed and I wouldn't get other items as they are way overpriced. IMO

    A high-quality product and great customer service. We purchased this cold tub for a year-round use in the Laurentians (Quebec) and installed it in the winter time. We absolutely love it so far! The built-in unit keeps the water warmer in the winter time and cooler in the summer time. I strongly recommend this product.

    We absolutely love the Goodland hot tub and so do our short term rental guests! The design is beautiful and minimalist, blending perfectly into natural surroundings. It’s thoughtfully crafted, with high-quality materials that make it feel both durable and luxurious. The soaking experience is incredibly relaxing—there’s something special about heating the water with wood that makes the whole process feel grounding and peaceful. It does take some time to heat up, so planning ahead is key, but it’s well worth the wait and it’s so easy to use! If you’re looking for a more sustainable, off-grid hot tub experience that’s also stylish and well-built, the Goodland hot tub is a fantastic choice! We are so glad we added this unique amenity to our short term rental! We've also been really impressed with the communication and Goodland’s customer service! Nothing short of a great experience and we’ve appreciated their hard work/dedication.
