    This is a lovely hot tub and product overall. I received it quickly, I had great customer support, and the hot tub is high quality. it's lightweight so easy to move. It's also a conversation starter when guests come over! highly recommend.

    We enjoyed the first tub so we got a second one. I did send some emails or follow ups and the question I had asked was never answered. I was waiting for the arrival of the tub but we got smaller items first with a tracking number. Never was sent a tracking number for the tub. Had no idea when it was coming. I had to ask Goodland for the tracking and then was told I could call the carrier myself. I'm sorry but if a client spent over $20,000 I'd be doing a little more to make the clients happy. Wasn't impressed and I wouldn't get other items as they are way overpriced. IMO

    A high-quality product and great customer service. We purchased this cold tub for a year-round use in the Laurentians (Quebec) and installed it in the winter time. We absolutely love it so far! The built-in unit keeps the water warmer in the winter time and cooler in the summer time. I strongly recommend this product.
