GOODLAND Reviews

4.8

GOODLAND earns strong reviews for beautifully designed, wood‑fired soaking tubs and outdoor tools that deliver a serene, chemical‑free ritual and durable, high-quality construction, so the brand is good by users’ accounts. Reviews also flag drawbacks: real‑world heat‑up times can stretch to 3–4+ hours, fire management requires frequent tending, drainage can be cumbersome, and covers leave gaps that invite debris or mice.

We are so happy with our GOODLAND spa. The shipper had damaged parts of our spa upon delivery, but GOODLAND customer service was quick to resolve our situation with great communication and a speedy replacement. Unforeseen things happen, but it's how you resolve them that matters and GOODLAND handled it with the professionalism that is now lacking in many other companies. Can't recommend them and their products enough.

We love our GoodLand Wood Burning Hot Tub. It’s one of those experiences you don’t forget—it’s not just an amenity, it’s a ritual. From the moment you start the fire, there’s this slow, grounding shift. The crackle of the wood, the rising steam, the scent of the outdoors—it all invites you to be present in a way that feels rare. By the time the water is perfectly hot, you’ve already settled into the rhythm of it. Sitting under the open sky, surrounded by nature, it feels both luxurious and deeply simple at the same time. No buttons, no noise—just the kind of stillness you didn’t realize you needed.

This is a lovely hot tub and product overall. I received it quickly, I had great customer support, and the hot tub is high quality. it's lightweight so easy to move. It's also a conversation starter when guests come over! highly recommend.

We absolutely love the Goodland hot tub and so do our short term rental guests! The design is beautiful and minimalist, blending perfectly into natural surroundings. It’s thoughtfully crafted, with high-quality materials that make it feel both durable and luxurious. The soaking experience is incredibly relaxing—there’s something special about heating the water with wood that makes the whole process feel grounding and peaceful. It does take some time to heat up, so planning ahead is key, but it’s well worth the wait and it’s so easy to use! If you’re looking for a more sustainable, off-grid hot tub experience that’s also stylish and well-built, the Goodland hot tub is a fantastic choice! We are so glad we added this unique amenity to our short term rental! We've also been really impressed with the communication and Goodland’s customer service! Nothing short of a great experience and we’ve appreciated their hard work/dedication.

In all that we do, we aim to create opportunities for connecting with nature and slowing down. Whether it’s breathing in cedar-scented air during a wood-fired soak or finding a moment of stillness as you water your garden, each object we design is intended to help you find a sense of pause and peace. Everything is designed by our in-house design studio in beautiful Vancouver, BC.
