Reviews mention

  • Effortless, natural finishes
  • Compliment‑magnet fragrance
  • Long‑lasting brow gel
  • Buildable, seamless blush
  • Sheer coverage complexion
  • Inconsistent scent longevity
  • Fussy, fragile packaging
  • Limited shade inclusivity

Glossier earns praise in reviews for effortless, “no‑makeup makeup” staples—Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, Stretch Concealer, and the cult Glossier You fragrance—delivering natural, dewy finishes that draw constant compliments. Reviews also flag weaknesses: very sheer coverage, mixed skincare efficacy, packaging hiccups (leaking tubes, fragile caps), limited shade inclusivity, and scent or longevity concerns with You and some eye products; several note reformulations that feel less hydrating or shorter‑wearing.

  • I have been using Glossier for many years now, and it never disappoints. The quality of product is impeccable. I have sensitive skin and am vigilant with what I put on my skin, and Glossier is something I trust. I love the sleek packaging. My favorite product is Haloscope - can’t go wrong!

I really do not have any complaints! Customer service is always so helpful and kind. Definitely explore the product offering!

  • I have been using glossier products for about two years now, & I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. I love everything about their makeup, & if you haven’t visited one of their locations, it’s a must. It’s not even a store, it’s an experience.

So I’m sure that you’ve heard of the Glossier You perfume… who hasn’t? I thought that this was going to be overhyped, but it TRULY is not. The amount of compliments I get on it is insane. I even got my sister & my mom to get some. I will not leave the house without it!!

  • Everything I’ve tried from them works like a dream. If you’re looking for a line where everything is good and not just one or two things, this is it.

  • Love glossier, especially the experiential store on Melrose, super easy to try product and check out! Love the birthday cake gloss and the body hero oil, although I wish their were more scents in the body hero product, as it's not my fav.

  • Glossier is very good if you know what it’s meant to do. I’ve used almost all of their main line over the past 4 years and have really enjoyed most of the products in it. Standouts are the Concealer, which apples terribly using anything but your finger, but does a great job at subtly covering blemishes and dark circles; and the lip products, super gentle pigment and a really nice soft matte look. The ‘balm dotcom’ is perfect, everyone knows that, they last forever and feel great. I also ended up really liking their original fragrance. Usually people recognize the smell as Glossier, but it doesn’t stop them from complimenting me on it anyways. Slick minimalistic packaging seals the deal.

Huge caveat with everything, it’s meant to look really natural and unseen. If you want something that’s going to have a dramatic affect on your appearance you’re not going to get it here. Which is fine with me honestly. Another thing is the amount of product in some of thier items is not generous. The ‘boy brow’ and ‘skin tint’ in particular are almost gone after maybe two or three weeks of consistent use. I’ve gotten the brow product twice and definitely won’t again for this reason.

  • Went to the store in London a got the concealer. While the shade looked good in the store outside it looked pink on my skin and wasn't hydrating.

  • First visited the glossier store in new york when I was a pre-teen and I was absolutely enthralled by the environment they had created. I think Emily Weiss is a genius and I absolutely love this brand and all that it stands for.

I haven't been disappointed by any of the products i've tried - my favourites are cloud paint and the perfume. I think the price is super reasonable and I love how fun it is. Their range is super dynamic I think it works for just about anyone.

  • I have been using Super Glow (vitamin c + magnesium serum) for almost a year now. I noticed how well the product worked when I actually gifted it to my mother-in-law for her concerns about hyperpigmentation & dullness. Just give it a few weeks - I'd say about 2 weeks and you will definitely notice the hard work this little baby puts in. This serum does have these tiny granules - but they definitely aren't really a bummer for me. Other products worth trying are - Generation G (Leo), Balm DotCom (Lavender, Rose, Cherry) & Glossier You (heavenly!)

Just wish it was a lit less costly - so that I didn't really have to wait for BF sales to stash this one up!

  • I use the perfume daily, their makeup products definitely cater to the no-makeup make-up look.

  • I love their perfume sooo much! I always get asked about it when I wear it.

The perfume is so amazing. I do wish it lasted a little longer but still the smell is so worth it.

  • I love the minimalistic packaging and the elegance of the products. I use mainly fragrance-free products so no irritation of skin occurs

Great products, higher price points, paying for packaging

  • I love Glossier products and really enjoyed the store experience when they had a brick and mortar in Los Angeles. A few of my favorite things: Berry Balm Dotcom - perfect berry stained lip color for my fair, peach undertone complexion and it smells delicious Super Pure Niacinamide and zinc serum - felt like it keeps my skin clear and it's a great price and texture. Tried the one from the ordinary and didn't love it as much, thicker, milkier consistency than the Glossier one. Gave a 4 out of 5 only because i haven't found makeup that I like, but fan of the skincare!

  • I first learned about Glossier in NYC at a huge event they sponsored in a warehouse. It was packed with people and super exciting. Unfortunately, I wasn't terribly impressed with most of the products I picked up - mascara, eye cream. The skin salve was the most useful. It could be used on multiple body parts and had a bunch of nice scents.

I can't think of any single product that is a "must have". Maybe I'm missing something, or maybe they are just really good at marketing.

  • Overall a fun and awesome product line. Most products worked well for me and I love them, from makeup to skin care. However, I did not find the face wash worked well for my acne prone skin.

I don’t think much could be better! Not every product is going to work for every skin so I wouldn’t change a thing. I’ve only not loved one product so I would say that’s a win!

  • Love my bomb dot coms!! Always in my bag and attached to my hip tbh.

  • Always been a huge Glossier Fan and their products and their ability to build community and Fandom.

  • Girlfriend loved it

Price point is pretty high but i tend to not buy makeup

  • The skincare products worked well on my sensitive skin because they were all pretty gentle (no harsh ingredients). Might be slightly overpriced for what they are because the formulations feel pretty similar to more affordable brands for example the Jelly Cleanser reminded me of Cerave Hydrating Cleanser and the Dotcom Balms reminded me of Vaseline. If you are willing to pay the bit extra for the Glossier products though, you obviously get the benefit of their gorgeous packaging. The only Glossier make up product I have tried is Cloud Paint, it was underwhelming - I found that it was only useful for quick "no-make up" type occasions like doing the groceries or going for a walk with friends when you want a bit of subtle colour in your cheeks because it does not last longer than a couple of hours.

They should have come to Australia sooner!!

  • Love all things Glossier. Especially the brow liner, boy brow, cloud paint, and gen G lipsticks. I recently got future dew and loved the look and feel but it had a weird smell like the way old makeup smells. I got a replacement but it still has that weird smell. I still use it bc I love it that much.

If you love not heavy makeup looks and just looking like yourself but better - get it!

  • You by Glossier is my go-to perfume and I’ve been getting compliments on it for years!! It’s very similar to Juliette Has a Gun and Fleur de Peau by Diptyque but a fraction of the cost.
